Its a nice banquet hall and my sisters couples shower went off without a hitch! The service was great and attentive and the brunch buffet was better than I expected! They loved their day!

The rooms are very nice and very spacious if your coming with family but if your staying for any amount of time and are looking for a good nights sleep, the comfort of the beds here are absolutely terrible.

My son and new wife had their wedding at the Lofts on Pearl. As you can imagine, many wedding guests stayed in the hotel for the festivities. While the rooms are spacious and clean, there was a major issue that is still unresolved. And now the management of the hotel is flat out ignoring us. Many of the guests of the wedding had money and possessions stolen from their room during the day's events by a staff member. Clearly it was an "inside job" as the staff knew of our whereabouts and hit each room when it was unoccupied. At first, management was highly apologetic and responsive, and promised to make full retributions and to investigate the matter fully in cooperation with the police department. But now, they have gone silent and are not working with law enforcement. Worse than the actual theft - for many of us - our luggage was rifled through in order to find what they stole (in my case four gift envelopes). I had not yet unpacked when I was robbed, which means someone's thieving hands explored the contents of my zipped suitcase in order to find their "loot."

I cannot stress how gorgeous this property is. From the imposing all-wood lobby that greets you when you first enter, to the actual rooms themselves, you will be humbled by the beautiful architecture that had at one point made Buffalo the hub that it was, and give you hope for its impending renewal. The rooms themselves are stunning -- they are so much more than your typical "hotel-room," and instead offers a more apartment-style setting, complete with gorgeous exposed brick and an actual kitchen. To be able to put my used glassware into a dishwasher was a luxury I hadn't been expecting. The fireplace was a lovely touch. All staff were helpful and polite. I cannot recommend the Lofts more.

The Lofts on Pearl by Wyndham exceeded our expectations as guests. We came to Buffalo for a Sabres game and were pleasantly surprised with our loft. Very clean, and spacious. The lofts provide everything you could need in terms of a kitchen layout. They flow beautifully and provide a much greater accommodation than the traditional hotel room. The price per night was very reasonable, the staff were friendly. You do have to park in the garage across the street, but parking fees are reasonable as well. What a great stay, would definitely recommend to anyone!

Great place to stay overnight when attending a Buffalo Sabres game. The rooms are fully equipped to cook your own meal or Lots of micro breweries and restaurants nearby. The rooms are spacious modern and clean

Great place to stay if you want to Pub Crawl B-Lo. Stayed there a couple of times and the Lofts are spacious and modern for 2 couples to enjoy- definite recommend

Such a unique place. It is so large and beautiful but it is not very clean. The linens were clean but the floors were filthy. I’m so glad I had slippers to wear. If it were clean and the furniture updated, it would be perfect. Friendly service, too. It’s in a very convenient location and walkable. We parked in the parking garage across the street. It was convenient and $10/night.

A really great place to stay in downtown Buffalo. Each unit is an entire apartment with kitchen, eating area, and a living room. At night, the room was quiet and dark. The bathroom was impeccably clean and the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. I would definitely stay here again.
