We had their food today for the first time. It was delicious. I had broccoli and cheddar soup and it was so good. Not really, really thick like some places which I liked and it was piping hot which I love. My husband got the Nashville chicken sandwich and he said it was great. The guys who run the truck were friendly and polite and we will definitely go to their truck again to try more food!

Ordered the truffle fries which were delicious and had a conversation with one of the chefs about their meatballs. I mentioned I tried the meatballs at a well-known establishment, and that I didn’t get the hype. He gave me a complimentary sample of his meatballs, and they were two thumbs up! I will definitely be hunting down their truck for some of these in the near future!

They catered a birthday party this past weekend I am not kidding you when I say I could not stop eating I tired most of the menu, the French fries are on point, the chicken and waffles are to die for and the ribs fall off the bone! Great food and great people!!

Loose cannon was a food truck at my daughters wedding and I can't rave enough about the quality and flavor of the many meals provided. It was excellent!!! The presentation and variety were outstanding. You will be pleased if you have them cater your party
We had Adrien and the Loose Cannon Food truck for our wedding and couldn't have been happier. He was so incredibly easy to work with and supportive and excited to be a part of our special day. The food was fabulous. I tried some of the Mac and cheese gnocchi, the hot chicken sandwich and the ribs and loved every bite. Everyone raves about how juicy the chicken was and how tender the ribs were and how different slash amazing the Mac and cheese was. Highly recommend!!!!!!

We had our staff Summer BBQ today at Akron falls. These guys were super accommodating. It's always nice to find a newer food truck doing exciting things. We love the big well known food trucks, but it can get old after awhile so it's nice to see some killer food being made by some new guys. I tried the cannon balls, the Nashville fried chicken sandwich and the bbq pork sandwich, all super flavorful and not boring whatsoever. I'm excited for them to grow and to hopefully get another truck. All in all, would I have them at another event? You bet I would.

The Nashville chicken is amazing but the fried chicken and waffle cone will knock your socks off!!!! Even things like the Kale Salad and Cold Cucumber Salad provides you with a healthy and tasty option if you want to skip the friend choices. Don't miss out!
