This is the type of bakery I grew up with throughout Buffalo. Old school awesome bakery. I order their Anise Christmas cut out cookies every year for my family members for Christmas. And they will ship it to Florida . I love Mazurek bakery!

Placek was dry. Bought at the Broadway Market on Good Friday for Easter. It was so dry, terrible, entire family agreed, such a disappointment and a waste of $12. Bought one the same day from Chrusciki and was very good, not dry.

I love this place! I have been going here for years with my dad:) I remember buying cookies in the cases, and sampling the fresh donuts and always loving everything I tried.
