It's literally hit-or-miss. The majority of the staff seems very nasty. Obviously, fast food workers are typically overworked, overwhelmed & underpaid. However, the attitudes... man! You feel as if you're some big inconvenience, which should not be the case. I've been there on numerous occasions where 30 minutes before close, they will refuse your order unless you're Uber Eats/Door Dash. Sometimes they'll even tell you it's cash only & that they have to close early because they have "minors" working there & they "need to get home before 11P".... when all ya want is the GOAT 🐐 : a well done, hot-n-fresh fry!

I got cold fries in the drive thru.went back and it took almost 8 minutes.i had to go in and get them myself.after being asked to pull over and someone will bring them outside
