Not what it used to be. No accessible menus at the drive-thru despite stickers on the windows telling patrons they have them. ADA law fail!
A medium filet-o-fish meal with a shamrock shake was a $16 purchase. The fries were soggy. The bun was cheap and dry. The filet was soggy and cold. The half-slice of cheese was slid halfway out the bun and melted in so it couldn't be fixed. Sauce was slapped on at one corner of the filet. The shake was a vanilla shake with green mint sitting on top and not mixed in.
Staff have great piercings, and long, manicured nails that look great with clean uniforms, but for as much visual personality as they have they were absolutely lifeless. I have to imagine that they've all given up on being treated with dignity, so I can't blame them for being miserable.
One can imagine this store's owner is as careless about their staff's happiness as they are about making sure they meet accessibility standards, or food quality standards. I don't have anything nice to say about nutritive value at a $15 single meal price point. Meanwhile, they sure pad their coffers with some 1600% markup on prices. One would think the owner could afford some dignity.
This waste of time, money, and calories is a great reminder to shop and eat locally.

Went in to order food since drive thru is backed up registers closed, girl sees me waiting to order and kept walking, didn't say a thing, people inside still waiting on their food and nobody has gotten called to be able to dine in. Not sure whats going on in there but they need to communicate with the customers at least. Not just look at us, and keep walking like if you dont see anybody.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The manager steals refunds from customers, after charging them for food they didn't get. And they train their staff to say it happens automatically through corporate which isn't true according to corporate, who says it has to go through the store.
When I reported the incident to corporate (with the mobile order receipt, store printed receipt, and screenshot of my bank statement) she told them it wasn't her store, emailed me an apology, and still did not refund me. I reopened a ticket 6 or 7 times, and every time after she just ignored corporate when they reached out.
It's been 3 months and all McDonald's has to say is "well they aren't answering, and we won't transfer you to the department that's working on it"
So if you like paying for food you don't receive, and having a multi billion dollar corporation steal money out of your wallet with no accountability, then this is the place for you
McDonald’s isn’t usually the best but this location was just awful, your food with most likely always be cold and the service is just bad, each window I went to you could tell nobody was paying attention to you, they forgot half of my food and when I went in it took awhile for anyone to even acknowledge I was at the front desk, and when I was in there I don’t think I saw but 1 person actually working, I’ve never left a review for anywhere but this place finally made me do it

Every single time I go here and use the drive thru, regardless if I'm the only person in line I'm told to pull over and they will bring it out. What is the issue? Do you guys really like going out in the freezing cold for every car? I would much rather you hand me my food through the window instead of being brought out in the cold unnecessarily.

Every time I go through there everyone is soooo Kind!!! And the foods always hot, fresh and there's one lady that seriously is the nicest on the microphone than any other McDonald's I've ever been too. Seemed like she might have been the manager. And also this one kid (and this is not racist) it's just because I don't know how name but he's a tall African American that is super nice on the mic, answered my questions about the ratio of how many people use the app that don't use it and he was so nice. Deserves a raise! I actually drive on my way to go to that McDonald's!! Unless I'm in Lancaster LOL. That's my other favorite one 🤣❤️❤️ thanks guys keep up the great work! Also that lady she deserves a raise too I swear out of all McDonald's I've been across this country she's the nicest one ever ever ever ever ever ever. !!
