Everytime I come, I always have a slight issue, whether it’s a sauce that wasn’t put in the bag and the cashier insists that they put it in the bag, or a rude cashier that doesn’t have the time of day for you. But the one thing that never changes is the manager. He is always willing to listen to your advice and feedback and is more than welcome to greet you with a smile. It really shows why he became manager and I hope it stays that way! He is amazing!

I had a terrible experience here tonight around 10 PM. The woman working the drive-thru cashier was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was wearing a black earpiece and seemed to be listening to music while working. When I politely asked how much my total was, she snapped at me and said, “open your damn eyes.” As an Asian customer, this was blatantly racist, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. No customer should be spoken to like that. The behavior I witnessed was unprofessional on every level and honestly shocking. This location seriously needs to be reviewed by management or administration. I hope they address this, because no one deserves to experience such treatment.

Came back home and was running around wanted to have a quick bite at one of my favorite restaurants and was very disappointed. The first bike I take at a double cheeseburger is a long straight piece of hair at first. I thought it was my hair, but then I opened up the bun and his hair wrapped around a patty along with cold nuggets and it was only 11:30 AM. Not sure what’s going on but this location needs to be reevaluated or however, it goes.

order was wrong. ordered big mac with light salt and extra pickles and got cucumbers on a premade luke warm full salt burger with a stale bun. gave me severe acid reflux(usually doesnt when made right), which is why i specifically wanted a low salt burger, so itd be made fresh because i dont enjoy acid reflux. employees too lazy to do their jobs even though there was next to no customers at the time(about 9:30 pm) irritated i wasted my 1 time app deal on food that made me feel worse after eating

Very fast drive through, the meals didn't look like a pile of cold garbage. It wasn't piping hot but hot enough. Probably 1 of the best within a 20 mile radiud.

Clean store and friendly staff. Ordered a quarter pounder with bacon meal. The meal was hot, fresh and tasty. Fast food has gotten expensive but It was a decent value with the free fries I received with a deal from the app. The service was fast . All together It was a good experience.
