I ordered the classic Big Mac meal, and I must say, it was prepared to perfection. The burger was fresh, and the fries were crispy and hot, just the way I like them. The service was prompt, and I didn't have to wait long for my order, which was a pleasant surprise given the lunchtime rush.
However, I noticed that the drink station needed a bit of attention, as some of the dispensers were out of syrup. It would be great if this could be checked more frequently to enhance the customer experience.
Overall, I had a great time and look forward to visiting again soon. Thank you for your commitment to quality and service.

HELLO, Good Morning!...half an hour ago I placed an order at McDonald's 390 Niagara St. through UberEats for the amount of $108.62 and they sent me the incomplete order, most of the things ordered were missing and the Uber girl was very kind in helping me report it, I still hope they will help me, I hope they do something to solve it. Went at 2 am, was rudely told they were closed and to come at 415 for breakfast. So I guess it's not an actual 24 hour store if they close for 2 to 3 hours and refuse paying people service

This location is the absolute worst. Employees on the front end smell of body odor, the restaurant is disgusting and filthy with garbage everywhere. Sketchy people loitering. I heard employees using unprofessional language to customers. Total disregard for quality and customer service. So ghetto. Shut this location down

Worst experience I ever had. I just got out of work at 4AM and decided well since this location is near my house I going to stop there since by the time I’ll arrive they will be serving breakfast. Once I arrived at 4:18AM I waited 5 mins at the speaker until someone acknowledged me. She briefly asked me if I was going to use the mobile app today and then told me to hold well I waited because I’m patient and understanding especially with fast food since I myself manage a fast food store. So I proceeded to wait maybe another 15 mins until the same person acknowledged me again this time she asked me the same question again and then literally right after asking me the question she then proceed to tell me that they won’t be open. Until 6AM. How does this store advertise that they are open 24hrs but then not truly be opened 24hrs. I don’t know what be going on with this store but the experience has been worst and worst every time. I highly don’t recommend coming here In the morning.

They’re horrible here they don’t even speak English they are ignorant constantly ignoring customers doordashes are constantly late food is cold and they’re constantly horseplaying and having personal conversations in Spanish in front of customers! It’s constantly dirty this place needs to be under new management or closed down!

I woke up starving at 3am having not eaten much that day since contracting a stomach virus. This is one of three "24-hour" locations I tried to visit and they all were closed. There were workers on shift and they told me thenselves that they were not taking orders with no explanation. Even in my desperate moments, this franchise still lets me down. Go to chick-fil-a, burger king, tim hortons. Anywhere but mcdonalds.

Asked cashier for code to bathroom and was rudely told she was busy, she was taking an order but i could tell it was just regular conversation so I politely asked her. She never did get back to me and was rude again when handing out food. She only seemed to care about being rude to anyone not Hispanic.
