We all know MC. Food was what you’d expect—consistent and decent for a quick meal—but the service was noticeably slow last 2 times. It took much longer than usual to get a simple order, even though the restaurant wasn’t very busy. Staff was polite, but the wait definitely took away from the “fast” in fast food. Hoping for quicker service on the next visit.

One of the craziest experiences I have ever had in my life first time in buffalo as I drove from Canada.I pull up the speaker the they take about 10 minutes to ask what I want the lady was so rude it was crazy to the point of say “and what do you want “ because I was taking a while between orders as the menu in the USA is much different plus I just drove 6 hours and it was 1230am then I hear them swearing over the speaker finally I Order we are waiting in line for 20 mins not moving at all a car rear ends me in the drive through the guy was drunk as we are talking to him she starts yelling through her window “can you guys move your cars there is a line” as if there was already a line at 1230 am it was beyond disrespectful so we move our car does the guy not flee the scene wild experience not a good look Buffalo be better.

This is the best McDonald's near downtown and the Elmwood Village. I go out of my way to come to the Niagara St location. Great, fast, accurate service. Whoever is managing this place is doing a great job! Thank you.

Every time I come here it’s horrible. I ordered delivery, and it’s like they didn’t even try to get it right. Two wrong sandwiches, missing hash browns, and missing coffee. Plus, when you call to ask for your correct meal, no one answers. Straight to voicemail. Don’t go here.
EDIT: McDonalds trying to blame DoorDash is ridiculous. THEIR STAFF messed it up. I want to be totally clear. I paid McDonalds for the order, not DoorDash, therefore they should be serving the customer and making things rights.

Do not order in person or DoorDash on this location. No one in there speaks clear English when you do DoorDash they choose to send what they want instead of noting that they’re out of items. They are very rude. Line is always long and slow they pick and choose customers and talk about them I will be going up there very soon because this will be my third order that is messed up and absolutely disgusting. Have my stomach turning
Advertised as drive-thru 24 hours I tried to get food at 3:30 a.m. on a Friday morning and the person that I says they're closed what's the point of advertising 24 hours for your drive-thru if you're going to keep turning away customers

It’s Trash today I ordered food as I walk in and get to the corner I ask one of the staff do they have my order he said he think he gave the order away to someone I asked wym he said he gave my order away I asked can u remake my order he said they were to busy then I asked can u give me my refund he just walked to the back in the middle of the convo my lawyer will get in touch with them in the couple of days because that’s illegal u have to refund me if I pay for the food im taking this and sending to my lawyer I will sue every thing that McDonald’s got because it’s not the first time I’ll make sure it gets shut down but my lawyer will be touch with them in couple of days .
