Slow service. I ordered pickup, the app said the food was ready, but it took over 10 minutes to come out, and to top it off, it was cold. The person who came out to deliver it was friendly and apologized for the wait, which is why I'm giving it 2 stars. Otherwise, I don't think I'll be back.

one of the worst establishments I have had the displeasure of ordering from. not very good at following standard operating procedures like, oh I don't know, sealing delivery orders, making food accurately, or closing on time. actual food quality is mediocre to poor

Extremely slow service, sketchy neighborhood, crew doesn't understand how the mobile app works, never pulls cars forward, and constantly gets order wrong. I'd advise going to any surrounding McDonald's.

I waited for 20 minutes in the store for an order I placed 10 minutes prior to arriving. The workers were walking around in circles looking lost, doing DoorDash orders before in store orders. The females in the front store once confronted by me and another customer about our order, they became real chatty and rude when all we wanted the to do is put a couple fries nuggets and sandwiches that was already made in the bag. once I received the food they still ended up giving me the wrong order.

Waited in drive thru line for 15 minutes, just to be told at 10:33am that it was too late for my breakfast order. Note the order had already been placed in their system and paid for, and now I don't get a refund unless I send a comment in the app (and hope they respond ). It's a lot of hassle, and I saw multiple people driving away frustrated. I've had bad service before, but this was the first time it crossed my mind that there was some kind of a scam going on (just to recap... I got no food and currently have no refund).

If you are an adult, please avoid this location. It is extremely dangerous during lunch time due to the high school students and if you are trying to eat lunch there you will not be able to even order unless you go through the drive-thru. If I could give this location zero stars for the poor customer service and the absolute horrible conditions for the customers I would. I will also be contacting corporate about this location and the poor performance that they have.

Service worker was very disrespectful and rude to me and my kid and she (the worker) let one of her friends jump the line and made the environment very very uncomfortable and uncanny for me and my kid like my kid is actually crying about it and she's scared I will not be going to this mcdonald's again McDonald's do better

It was McDonalds at its finest. I arrived around noon. It was very busy. The crew was getting it done. Bravo! Sad that a #1 was over $11.00 out the door compared to $8.50 in suburban Ohio. I was shocked to see that you could eat there with an EBT card. NY welfare state makes everyone pay more and less inclined to work.

Worst McDonald’s I have been to in my 34 years. Entry smelled like a wet dog. Both order kiosks were broken. One had a messed up screen and was nonfunctional, the other had a smashed card reader. There were fries, pieces of nuggets, pieces of burgers, etc all over every table in the place as well as all over the floor. Floor was filthy. Only way you could order was by going to the drive through because the staff behind the encounter completely ignore the walk-in customers.
