6pm delivery time on 03/10/25 $77 worth of food. Ubereats 9DEB9 only delivered a bag of drinks and desserts and forgot the orders of food. Only option was to contact Ubereats to get refunded for the missing items. Very upset. Just the fact I had an important meeting couldn't drive myself to the store, they messed up my order and time.

I have never been as uncomfortable in a McDonald's as I was in this location. The dining room could have been mistaken for a drop-in centre for homeless people. The folks who were sitting at the tables did not look well. Two of them got into a heated argument at one point. My wife and I did not feel safe or comfortable. The two stalls in the women's bathroom were both occupied for an extended period of time. A woman was throwing up in one stall and another woman appeared to be shooting up drugs in the other stall. The men's bathroom was dirty and in need of restocking. The service was slow. The food was tasty. We ended up eating our meals in the car because the clientele had us feeling so nervous. If you're considering this McDonald's, I would recommend the drive-thru. It seemed like the safer and faster option.

It is sad that managers no longer teaches proper customer communication. That's one reason they are failing. They are letting street language take over customer service. Horrible. Some cashiers are awesome...others ruined it.
