The most dangerous McDonald's in the entire city of Buffalo, bar none. Used to be an armed guard here and I have to tell you the bar for violence is so low here it's crazy. The corner stores across the street sell crack right out of the stores, and gang activity is very high. Go in the bathrooms and you will probably see a person smoking crack, or taking a bath in the sink. The city needs to shut this entire location down because people have been legitimately hurt badly here and the business owner refuses to take steps to ensure the honest patrons are safe. I don't care how hungry you are KEEP DRIVING.

When I walked in, it seemed nice. Everything looked clean but the floors were a little dirty. When I went to order, they said what do u want casually. They don't even show minimum courtesy for their customers. I orders few apple pies. It's not even on the menu. I get fast food, but in 6 minutes tops, I got my pies. I checked to see if the pies were out of the oven since I got them so fast and they were cold AF. I asked for fresh pies and they said it would take 12 minutes. Slow food not fast food. They gave my food 5 minutes after and I checked them and they were still cold. I asked again then they became rude. The worker threw the pies in the trash and went back in the kitchen. I saw an old lady give back her burger because there was onions and she asked for none. Then the same worker chucked the burger In the trash! The lady said she could've gave it to the homeless and the worker became rude again. While I was waiting, I was asking another worker about the other workers rudeness and he said no English. How tf is he supposed to get hired if he doesn't know English? The rude worker finally gave my apple pies, fresh and hot, but when I was in my car, I opened it and it was. Flaky! I know that's a readymade pie because it was flaky. I didn't go back for a refund because I was dropping my kids off at home.

we ordered food at night (around 10pm) for curbside pickup. they just didn’t come out… after waiting for 20+ min we went to the driveway and they’ve had our food ready for a while. safe to say the food wasn’t that great…
