Horrible McDonald’s franchise. Should be closed down and re established. Employees are horrible and always continuously lie saying the shake machine is down. Especially when there limited time shamrock shake is in season. Stay far away from this place. ALSO there prices are absurd.

Doordashed a large 2 cheeseburger meal, as well as 2 triple cheeseburgers and a hot fudge sundae and milkshake , did not get the large fry for my meal nor any straws for the drinks and the hot fudge sundae was just vanilla ice cream in a cup. I never review fast food because I work in a fast food business and I understand sometimes it’s busy and mistakes happen but seriously?!? Do better.

Placed order at Kiosk. Selected Dbl Bacon Quarter Pounder no onion. Get order, there is no bacon on burger. Meat was over cooked and cheese had hard edges on both that sandwich and the Big Mac.French fries were also over cooked and we were offered no ketchup for our fries. Did not want to wait in line to reorder as line was very long. How hard is it to get an order right when its done on the kiosk and printed out on receipt? For the amount of money things cost you would think everything would be fresh.
The fries tasted old. It took 15min for a Happy 5 the self kiosks weren't working.Parking: Maybe 10 parking spots are available.

customer service was really great my fries taste fresh and great but my burger looks like it was thrown together and it’s completely mushy. i do appreciate the kind workers that waited on me as well as my fries being really good and a nice portion as well.

Would not take order at the till, told I had to use kiosk which didn't have receipt paper. Go to claim the order after using the kiosk only to be told that they didn't have what I ordered (2 breakfast burrito meals) because their microwave is broken ?. This could have been avoided by taking the order at the till. To add insult to injury they then offered to substitute a lesser valued breakfast meals for the inconvenience. Stellar customer service....I'm not sure why I keep giving McDonald's chances to redeem themselves only to consistently fail so utterly.
