I am absolutely shocked. The cleanliness of this mcdonald’s is below standard— i question how it would pass health inspection. The customer service is close to horrible… I am an employee myself and I have never met any employees with such ignorance, the cashier fell asleep mid order and was highly disrespectful. I went to the washroom prior to getting my phone and an employee was there on their phone just standing there, as well as poop smeared on the toilet, and the reeking smell of weed. I believe as a corporation you should hold your dynamics at a higher standard. Do better.

Take the trip to the Sheridan and Delaware Mcdonalds. I ordered only a few things and yet the staff still forgot two of my items. I was waiting 10 minutes for a cup, I was also waiting at the register for 10-15 minutes just to tell a worker that I needed my two other items and the workers that were there just sat there and stared at me while they were doing absolutely nothing.

It's Friday at 6:30, not one person handing out food then two employees walk out the bathroom together. Probably smoking a weed pen in the bathroom together. MCchicken/hot and spicy was old and dry nearly like warm. Fry's were soggy, oily and under cooked look pale. They literally have a timer for the fries! And it was not very busy two cars in drivethu and one other customer waiting. You can properly cook the food. Got two whole napkins the equivalent of two pieces of toilet paper go to grape more no one has refilled napkins in ages it's empty. Do not come to this location drive 3 more minutes and go to the one on Delaware and Sheridan. Avoid this at all costs, they simply do not care and are all clearly so lazy. I will be reporting my experience to corporate

This is the worstMcDonald's in the city of Buffalo waited 30 minutes for cold fries no one in there was in a hurry to get the food out .Never again.
Shame. I just wanted a coffee. She hands it to me ice cold. As if they dont know coffee is supposed to be hot. I ask for the manager. He just looks at me and never acknowledged what I said. I normally dont get angry but wow. Ill never come here again. Then they thought it was funny.

WARNING!!!! THE ONLY GOOD RECENT REVIEWS ARE FROM EMPLOYEES!!! Went there at 11pm. 24 hour store is a scam. They were closed from 10pm till 8 am. Went back around 9 am on my last break from work for a sausage muffin. Nothing else. I was the only one in line and it still took 15 minutes. ONCE AGAIN I WAS THE ONLY ONE THERE!!!

This was the worst experience ever in a McDonald's drive thru. There were only 4 cars a head of me and no one in the restaurant it was 6:30pm and it took 20 minutes to get order my food. The cashier at the fiist window was too busy chatting on her phone, no customer interaction, no total given, and not even a thank you.. Get to the food window took another 10 mins to wait for food and clearly you can see the workers just hanging around and chatting. Needles to say I will never return to that particular McDonald's again ever.

‼️‼️OMG every time I order DoorDash, they always forget something like I ordered two spicy McChicken‘s and I only got one and then the one that was in the wasn’t even wrapped up and I ordered nuggets where is the three sauces that I bought so sick of this McDonald’s like get yourself some new employees!!! ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️
