I really don't know what is with this place and chicken but I ordered chicken nuggets from here today and they forgot them somehow but put the sauce in the back. A while ago I ordered a mccrispy and they forgot the ENTIRE meal and fries. Is something wrong there? Please double check your bags. Food is good but be prepared to be missing stuff.

Worker was unprofessional, couldn't hear me over the speaker asked me to come to window 2, i waited 20 mins to finally get to window to be told I needed to go back through drive thru to put in my order. And then when I frustratedly went back around she refused to service me. Like it was my fault she didn't do her job right I want corporate to look into this and or reach out as that is unacceptable

Horrible. The Big Mac was completely room temperature, not warm at all, like it had been sitting out for hours, and the bun was stale. The soda machine was awful too—every drink was flat, tasteless, and had zero carbonation. I’m beyond disappointed and won’t be back.

Stayed at a nearby hotel for 2 days. Came here 3 times. 1st experience, I listened to an employee argument for 10 minutes about work shoes, received wrong order. 2nd, my daughter waited 50 minutes for a breakfast sandwich and coffee. There were several other customers waiting and complaining, some demanding refunds. Third attempt because it was 11pm and nothing was opened nearby, after waiting 20 minutes and not one car leaving the drive thru we left. Not sure what is causing the delays in service here but management needs to get this sorted out. Worse McDonalds experiences ever.
