Stayed at a nearby hotel for 2 days. Came here 3 times. 1st experience, I listened to an employee argument for 10 minutes about work shoes, received wrong order. 2nd, my daughter waited 50 minutes for a breakfast sandwich and coffee. There were several other customers waiting and complaining, some demanding refunds. Third attempt because it was 11pm and nothing was opened nearby, after waiting 20 minutes and not one car leaving the drive thru we left. Not sure what is causing the delays in service here but management needs to get this sorted out. Worse McDonalds experiences ever.

I sent a detailed explanation to the customer service email address posted on the pick up window, but long story short, my burger was raw, the crew was rude as hell about it, and the manager wants you to inspect the color of your food before you leave apparently, and my god, make sure they give you a receipt with your mobile order.
What a joke. I'll just stay hungry after work. This late night team is a diaster.

All around bad. Took others before me in the drive thru when I was already waiting at the speaker. Person at the window was rude. My fries were very cold and my roll was beyond stale. My drink wasn't full either. I tossed my food back in the bag. I paid money for food that was inedible. Never going back!!! Worst McDonald's ever! I'd give them no stars if I could.

The janitor is always screaming on his cellular phone on speaker phone every time I come eat inside. I cant even heas anyone else. I believe he is speaking Spanish I don't know his name. It is rude to always scream on his phone while customers are trying to talk to who they are with. He is always whistling loud also.

Terminal never sent my order through and receipt printer didn't work either. Waited 10 minutes until I complained and found out it never went through. They got my order wrong too. Some of the tables were broken. Place was a bit beat up. Customer service was lacking.

This Mcdonald’s is horrible and so unprofessional I went inside the other day because I seen the drive-through line was a little bit long (max 10 cars ) i ordered just two simple items while waiting for my order the workers came to the lobby and started screaming at everyone in the lobby to not open the lobby door, even though it was 8:30 and the lobby doesn’t close until 11. The workers were screaming at us to not open the door, but if the restaurant lobby is supposed to close at 11, then you make it work. They had the nastiest attitude ever they do not care about anyone besides themselves in overall my experience was just horrible.
