The people at the window are normally nice, but this is the 5thh time I've gotten a half full container of fries when it's suppose to be a large. It's a waste of your money to upgrade here.

Service was slow. Usually the normal for this location. Either thru the drive thru or you walk in. I think the 2 lanes to order really makes it worse since people can not figure out toone After the other.

In app deals that were activated in the drive thru apparently don’t work if they say valid through today. Waited for 10 minutes for 2 breakfast sandwiches and a hash brown and didn’t even get the hash brown when food finally came out. Paid $18 for 2 sandwiches a hash brown and a coffee. Just about every time I come here now there is something missing from my order or deals that show up daily are expired.

Really, I have to key in my order at a kiosk! Hire human beings! I cancelled my attempt at ordering and ordered through the drive through. There are hardly any seats in the store. I had to eat in my car. Totally the worst experience at McDonalds ever. The drive through crew were courteous and efficient. That is why I have service 2 stars. They need to add a rating for corporate management. It would be less than one star.

This is by far the worst place to order food. I went thru drive thru and order 2 number 7 meals which is the 2 cheese burger meals. When I got to the window they gave me my drinks and told me to pull into a reserved spot to wait on fresh fries. No biggie right lol when they came out they gave me the wrong order I got Big Macs and a fry. I went inside to tell them I got someone else order and 2 people were touching the food in the bag then realized who it belonged to and took it out to another car in the parking lot waiting. In the meantime they said they would get my order ready I waited for about 20 mins and they handed me my bag which felt light so I looked in it before leaving and they only gave me 2 cheese burgers and one fry when I tried to tell them I order 2 of the same meal and should have 4 cheese burgers and 2 fries they were all confused even after looking at the receipt that clearly showed I purchased 2 meals. I had to wait another 20-30 mins because they said they were waiting on fresh meat huh when I finally thru a fit the guy behind the counter said I know it's a shit show in here tonight and handed me the bag and it was all there but now the fries were cold and burnt ugh not my fav place by far

Ordered a simple two double cheese two drinks through the app. Sat on curbside for 10 minutes and no one came out. Went to the drive thru speaker mentioned I have been waiting there and didn't get a response after that. Decided to wait in line to get to the window because you can cancel the order. Waited another 10 minutes in the drive thru line before finally getting to the window. The person in the first window didn't acknowledge me so I went to the second one before finally getting my food after sitting at the window for a minute before anyone walked over. I am usually pretty understanding because I have been in the workers place, but to ignore me twice is just ridiculous!
