Love a mighty Bowlito, our go to lunch spot whilst visiting Buffalo. No frills but tastes good!

Man I wanted this place to be good but $20 for a 16 oz fountain drink 2 oz bag of tortilla chips and 6 "soft tacos" is just not worth it. So first off I thought I was ordering crunchy tacos but I did not specify so that's my bad I guess but Im not sure if it was because of the aweful chewy tortilla but this is the worse taco I have ever had. I ended up opening up all the "tacos" and putting the meat over the chips because the flour tortilla is chewey. It tasted like a raw walmart brand tortilla. I knew i should have gone to Chipotle.

We stopped in while traveling. Gross. Microwaved burritos and quesadillas. 'Cheese' in the quesadilla wasn't even melted Freezer section at the grocery is better.

This has got to be the slowest drive thru I have ever been to in my entire life. My husband and I just wait a solid half hour with only 2 cars in front of us! It’s 9:30 pm. Not a busy time. I had plenty of time to write this review.

Tacos are better than taco bell. Their chicken taco/quesidilla, is better than their beef

I came here due to my craving for tacos, only to leave disappointed and disgusted by the “taco” prepared for me. I do not have high expectations for a fast food joints, but this was repulsive. The service was awful—no customer service from the several lazy employees. The workers stand around talking to each other, looking like a deer caught in a vehicles headlights, while I wait at the front counter, ready to order, making eye contact with the employees who walk by so they know of my presence. They ran out of ingredients. I had to change my order several times. I came in the afternoon, so I do not see why the needed ingredients were unavailable. One of the staff members spent an eternity in the only washroom available at the restaurant, only to run out like a rat gone loose once I walked away. Mexicans would be disappointed if they saw the sort of "tacos" made at this place.

They ran out of certain products to make a taco they had enough to make one. One of the employees used the female washroom she took a long time and so I gave up and left. The washroom only takes one person at a time. The food was none descript. The food was bland and not very hot.
