Got a coupon online came here with my parents. Had Italian sausage dip , Mike and pop clubs and a Reuben with some fries. The Italian sausage dip is absolutely amazing and the sandwiches are huge and fairly priced. Also the owner came to our table to see how we were doing and our waiter was very professional. It gets busy but definitely stop by and check this gem out!!! 5 stars

My drink wasnt good tasted like orange juice and alcohol, even though it was supposed to be maple! She offered me a different drink served every single person they drink and forgot to bring mine then went into the kitchen for 10 minutes. Had to ask her again for it, then I had to ask her for a water twice because she forgot it, then forgot the silverware, she asked us what we wanted to order 20 mins after giving us the menu only because I asked another worker to help us and he got her attention. We asked for the bill and waited 15 minutes for them to give us the bill They Overcharged me (they Charged me twice for my food & charged me for my friend’s food, that she already paid for) we had to wait 15 more mins to for them to Figure out how to refund the whole bill and they said my refund won’t come for a couple days but that was the only money on my card so The waitress asked my friend to pay for my meal until my refund Comes in! So embarrassing! A nice little dinner ended up Taking 2 1/2 hours! A few other people said they had complaints about their order too!

I’m from Tonawanda and I brought four friends from out of town. The worst service I think I’ve ever had. Made me feel bad about taking up the place

Every time we stop in, we are wonderfully pleased with the food and service. Especially when Ashley is our server! She’s pleasant, funny and very easy going. 5 stars

Ordered delivery via Uber Eats. I’ve been craving a pot roast for quite awhile now, so I decided to order from here for the 1st time. In the order options menu it gives you a choice of no mushrooms, which I opted to not have mushrooms due to an allergy. Pot Roast came with mushrooms on it. Had to toss it out. I will visit in person to try at another time. I’m sure this place is wonderful, but 1st impression wasn’t good.

Visited Mike & Pops 10/26/24 to celebrate 3 birthdays. The food was good but our dining experience was terrible.

We made reservations for 5:30 for 9 people, 3 of them being over 6’1. We were seated at a table that could accommodate 7 at best. Our sever Ashely G. was rude, spoke over us, made snarky comments and was dismissive and unfriendly. She actually stated “You know guys you’re not my first table of the night”. My in law’s, which are 74 & 75 were appalled. We received 3 salads 45 minutes into the service, then 3 soups came out 15 - 20 minute's later. 30 minutes later the dinners came out, one by one. Granted the food was good, the entire dinner was ruined by the extensive wait time, and our server, which had her 20% gratuity added into the bill due to the size of the table. I cannot stress how bad the service was. Our bill was timestamped for 5:36 and we received our final bill at 7:49. This is approx. 2.5hrs. of our evening waiting to eat dinner.

To the management team, if you’re having a large party you should not accept reservations unless you can accommodate the patrons. Also, to improve your customers experience I would recommend hiring professionals that work in the service industry. The situation we faced in dining here was unacceptable and your staff members behavior was also unacceptable. So disappointed because the food was good.

First time there. Food was fairly good. Caesar salad was loaded with the darling leafy greens, not the firmer inner leaves.. not too appealing. Soups are very good . Staff are amazing
