I’ve been looking for authentic Chinese food in Buffalo for the longest time and I think this place is it. I ordered one of my favorite dishes (spicy Szechuan boiled fish) and they got the flavor and texture down. I’m glad I found a local place that serves some of my favorite foods. I can’t wait to go again and try more of their menu. The service was great and attentive as well. I have absolutely no complaints about our dining experience :) I would definitely recommend it!

I was first introduced to this restaurant when my wife ordered delivery. The food was fine, but I wasn't impressed at the time.
The other day, though, we decided to dine in and went a little early to beat the crowds. The waitress was able to serve dinner in quick order so we could appreciate just how great the food is when it is hot and fresh!
As for the menu, I appreciate the variety. I just wish the descriptions had mentioned what vegetables came with each dish.
As for the atmosphere, it looks like the place was recently renovated - or, at least, kept exceptionally clean. The cushion for the booth could have been a bit softer, but I was otherwise quite comfortable.

Went there for lunch with Chinese friends, and according to them, Miss Hot Cafe serves most authentic chinese food in Buffalo. Boiled fish in hot soup was amazing. Must try.

Eggplant tastes like paper hard not fresh at all. There is no server just the owner and tell us to pay mandatory tips. Find other place for better food and services quality that deserve tips.

I ordered take out. It is a great find for hungry stomach . Portion is big！ The spicy chicken is tasty but it was a bit too saucy for me. Fried rice were well stir fried with rich ingredients!! For dining exp, the restaurant is spacious and looks clean. The lighting could be brighter for an Asian diner , but acceptable.

I ordered fried fish with fried dough sticks and pickled cabbage online. The actual thing didn't match the picture at all. If you don't like sweet taste, forget it. The coconut shrimp tastes super hard. In short, I will not order from this restaurant next time no matter how disappointed I am.

Wow! This was the first word came out my mouth after I tasted the cold pork belly. The sauce was covered with soy sauce and garlic. So refreshing.The pork rice was amazing! Even the veggies inside were delicious ?
