Okay, my fiancé and I go a lot to the hamburg location never ever have a issue… unfortunately today on a Monday night we both got caught up in work late in the night so we went to the location downtown to grab food togo. When arriving home (a 25 minute drive) and opened bag there was No sauce and 6 sides of pickles that wasn’t asked for instead…. Called back right away and asked for a manger (emily), Emily was not only upset and frustrated with us because we are HUGE sauce...
i come to augie’s all different times. I always see jade and she always goes the extra mile for us and others. Last time i came to augie’s she remembered my bad day and made sure i was ok. Great employees you have there who care !
Food was really good. The atmosphere was fun and welcoming. Not super crowded late night, midweek. Staff was delightful, they were welcoming despite being very busy with all hands on deck. Would go again.
