Good food, poor service overall, and a rude male seating manager who made us really uncomfortable with how he bossed bar staff around. People should remember that customers see those things and it reflects negatively on the experience. I wouldn’t rush back for anything more than a quick bite and drinks at the bar.

We love the vibe this place has and the location downtown. Super cute place, lots of fun. The food is also very good. They were out of a lot of menu items and it was a little off putting to have the server mention all the things they didn’t have before we even looked at the menu. My biggest complaint is the reservation system. I think it would be helpful to your business to participate in one of the many online reservation platforms that exist. I called two weeks in advance and had a reservation for a birthday dinner, when we arrived I was told the reservation was lost. They tried their best to accommodate us, however, it was still aggravating. This situation is avoidable if you utilize modern tools for reservations and you’d probably get more business because of the convenience.

Enjoyed karaoke night and was visiting! Wish there were clear indication kitchen would close at 10 on Sundays like , I get it but still bummed. Bartenders upstairs were great and people seemed to enjoy watch sports on level 1 . Loved the karaoke host ! Will try again in the future a different time of year.

It's a cozy spot with good staff. The food was not as good as expected, but sufficed.
I had the pork belly ramen and some ramen dry rub wings. The wings needed a lot more seasoning thrown in but for the bites that had some - they were good.
I know the ramen has a miso base but I didn't expect the exact taste of instant miso soup with less salt. Pork belly was very solid though.

Fun little hang filled with young people. Service is outstanding and everything was super tasty. I didn't feel entirely out of place as a middle-aged dude but it's probably best for a college-aged crowd. Would happily return!
Walked by one evening not knowing what we were looking for and scored 2 spots at the bar for some food and drink! Very friendly staff and a super unique atmosphere.

I'm from out of town and went here with colleagues. I had the vegan mushroom ramen and it was delicious! Tofu and mushrooms and broth were spot-on. The bar just ran out of the sour on draft that I wanted, but the bartender made me a custom drink that was delicious and just what I wanted. There's a bright blue cocktail that was very popular and pretty. The staff were all lovely and friendly and funny. The decorations are thoughtful and fun. If I lived in Buffalo, this would be my regular hang out. I wish the upstairs was quieter though, it was hard to hear people.

Vibes are super nice in here. Food is really good and they're open late. Staff has always been extremely nice to my friends and I and the music has always been on point. Fun arcade games upstairs are always a good time. Highly recommend the shio ramen.
