Great options for lunch hour! I walked in and out in a few minutes with a big deli sandwich and delicious pasta salad. Super easy if you already are walking around downtown. Service was kind and efficient.

Nice spot to grab a quick lunch in the city. It's easy to order online and have it ready when you walk in. The portions are huge and everything is freshly made so it matches the pricing. I love how you can customize everything on your sandwich from bread to the meats, cheese, and condiments so it's literally made to order. The only thing that I don't like is there is only 1 table there for you to enjoy your meal and if someone gets it before you, you're stuck trying to find a bench near by. So far, the chicken salad wrap has been my favorite!

Not fancy, but delicious! I inquired about a low-carb option and the owner graciously offered a salad with turkey on top instead of a regular sub. It went well the slaw and home made clam chowder I ordered.

TLDR: Don't show up too early for your online order, or you'll get accused of trying to cut the line. I get sandwiches from them once in a while because I work nearby and they are okay, but after my experience today I won't be ordering from them again. My coworker and I placed an order online, and when I got there at 12pm to pick up both the orders, my order was done and my colleague's wasn't. At first it didn't appear on their screen, but then it did and the owner (I assume) accused me of placing the order right there in order to skip the line. I couldn't believe it lol. I wasn't even being impatient. I don't think they realized that the pickup time was for 12:15pm on my colleague's order, and so their system probably doesn't show the orders until 10-15 mins before the pickup time. She placed her order around 10am. I really can't believe how people just jump to the worst conclusions, especially about a paying customer. The whole point of online ordering IS to not wait in line, so they could have just made me wait until 12:15 and it would have been fine. But since the guy was being rude to me, it really left me with an icky feeling.

Last 3 times I have ordered the food has not been ready. They don’t even see the order slip. So if you are going to order. Do it by phone or in person or you’ll be wait for atleast another 10 minutes while they prepare it!

I came here allot when I worked around the corner. Great food. Decent prices. Just off main st. Great selection of sandwiches served in a timely manner. Would definitely eat here again
The Scarlet Vetter says....I order from this Deli frequently. It is a staple for the downtown employee. It is a takeout joint. Parking is tough but it can easily be walked to. The menu is broad, something for everyone. I have never had bad food here. Ever. Service is fast and they rarely make mistakes in orders. I had the liverwurst on rye with mayo and onions, no cheese. Yum. All sandwiches come with a garlicy dill pickle spear. Also yum. I added a side of the tuna pasta salad. It was super fresh and great tasting. For dessert I had the rice pudding with cinnamon and raisins. Just scrumptious! I used their online ordering app for takeout and gave them a few challenges with additional notes and they rocked it. An extra dill pickle spear and a smear of horseradish on the sandwich. Perfect. It was ready to be picked up when the app said it would be, and I walked right in and was able to avoid the line by going to the pickup counter. Perfect utensils were in the bag! I can absolutely recommend this deli!

Friendly counter, delicious food. I stopped in here and got a cream of mushroom soup and a BLT, and it was the best lunch I've had in recent memory. I visit Buffalo often, and spots like this are why I love coming here.

Small shop with a friendly owner, they look like they have good food. My main issue is that it took 20 minutes just to get 2 cream cheese bagels. Please train the employees a little better
