What's not to love about these cookies? Every time we go to the mall ,my daughter insists we stop here. The cookies and staff are wonderful!

Called the online Mrs. Fields to order a cookie cake. They asked when I wanted it by. I gave them the date and now I find out it won’t be delivered till 4 days after that date which does me no good. I got no satisfaction from customer service. So $50 out the window. They said they were having issues with their website. Not my problem.

I wasn't able to get any cookies! Google says they close at 9pm! I got there a little before 8pm and they were already closed. I just wanted some cookies.
They charge you $2.00 for a large cup of water without telling you. Insane. Don’t recommend.

Escape the Mystery Room is located on the 1st floor near Macy’s. Truly recommend y’all come try it out! It’s an awesome family friendly experience, and is a wicked time! ??
Got a birthday cake from there yesterday, it was way over cooked! We get cakes from here all the time and they are usually nice and soft, this one not so much!
