This weekend we experienced their Igloo rooftop dining which we enjoyed. The igloos are transparent, dome shaped tents with lights, heat and a long zipper to close the flap and keep you cozy; they seat 8. Very neat, clean, nice. No restroom or TVs on the roof top and no elevator - about 25 stairs with railings on both sides to climb. If your party is less than 8 you still get charged for 8. The "Host" of the igloo selects the menu and everyone gets the same thing. No individual orders of 2 of these and 3 of those. Served family style and everything left on the plates and platters gets boxed to take home, including capping the wine bottles.

I don’t know how they even run a steady business by closing randomly/whenever they feel like it. They didn’t even have the decency to put a sign on the door. I try so hard to support black businesses but the black owned businesses are so disappointing in Buffalo. Their restaurant will NEVER level up because of their shenanigans. I STRONGLY recommend spending your money at Je Ne Sais Quoi ( a highly professional, black owned soul food spot. The food is delicious and the staff is amazing). Don’t support businesses like Myracle’s, who don’t even respect their customers enough to comply with their own restaurant hours. They can literally be sued for false advertisement and their little business would be nonexistent. DO BETTER or just SHUT DOWN!

The customer service was very nice. I placed my order for a dinner with a side order of yams. Once I got home and took the items out to eat I realized I had a side order of macaroni and cheese instead of my yams which did not make me happy. Then I went on to look at the other phone and was not happy to see the size the thigh and leg piece of chicken which were smaller than I expected. I then called back and asked for the gentleman I spoke with to let him know of the mistake but he was gone for the day and I live too far just to come all the way back so I just settled with it. I learned two things, to check my food before I leave and if it's not what I wanted I will just ask for a refund.
