This weekend we experienced their Igloo rooftop dining which we enjoyed. The igloos are transparent, dome shaped tents with lights, heat and a long zipper to close the flap and keep you cozy; they seat 8. Very neat, clean, nice. No restroom or TVs on the roof top and no elevator - about 25 stairs with railings on both sides to climb. If your party is less than 8 you still get charged for 8. The customer service was very nice. I placed my order for a dinner with a side order of yams. Once I got home and took the items out to eat I realized I had a side order of macaroni and cheese instead of my yams which did not make me happy. Then I went on to look at the other phone and was not happy to see the size the thigh and leg piece of chicken which were smaller than I expected. I then called back and asked for the gentleman I spoke with to let him know of the mistake but...
I'm really giving it 4 stars for the good customer service but the food was so so. I ordered the shrimp dinner with steamed broccoli,brown rice, and cornbread. The cornbread tasted store bought but the actual meal was decent. Their Mac n cheese is just basic nothing special and the fried chicken was nice and crispy but could use more seasoning. I don't know if I would order from this place again they have foods that sound tasty but will it actually live up to its hype...
