I've ordered three times. Each time the staff has been genuine, friendly, and on-point with service. The food is ready on time and as requested with what can fairly be called precision. It's not the classiest pie in Buffalo but it's a really good meal(especially if you like sweet sauce). It's also a rock-solid value, $5-$6 below competition. For the above alone they're now my go-to.

BUT, today I witnessed something above and beyond....

The employees are so very friendly,and helpful.The food is very good.
I started going there recently and now I am a regular.It is just like going to Cheers,where everybody knows your name.
