Best wings in Buffalo! Place isnt huge so get there early. I appreciate staff being up front and honest about wait time for the wings. We were sat immediately, got drinks and appetizers, then got what are now my favorite wings in the area. 20 hot/medium 🤌🤌🤌 Can't wait to be back!

Visited last night for the first time. Certainly won’t be the last!!!! Hot wings were cooked to perfection, fries were out of this world. The staff was so friendly they made us feel right at home.
They are not able to seat large groups in the dining area, more than 6 to be exact, and after watching the flow of people in and out and the size of the establishment it is COMPLETELY understandable. They do accommodate groups larger than 6 at the bar.
We witnessed an aggressive group trying to break the seating policy. They were so rude to the host who remained very professional, simply kept reiterating the policy. She was kind and apologetic but explained that that’s how things work there. Bottom line is do t pay attention to those reviews! Some people just don’t know how to take no for an answer!

Always make a stop here whenever I’m going through Buffalo. Top notch wings, awesome atmosphere, and a fantastic staff. Don’t think I’ve ever had a meal I didn’t like, or had a bad experience.
Buffalo Wing Coalition recently named Nine Eleven Tavern at the top of the pyramid for Elite wings...wish I could say the same for their customer service.
Our group of 7 wanted to take our out of town friend here to try the wings. We understood that they don't take tables of more than 6 people because its literally a dive...and that's ok.
We asked for a table of 5 and a table of 2. Were told they couldn't put tables together & that they couldn't guarantee we'd be close & that they don't split checks. I let her know that we were fine not sitting close and that we certainly were not asking to split any checks. Her response was that 'it didn't work out before' (insert crying laughing emoji).Dumbfounded by the hostess, we went back outside to discuss this with our group.
The other 2 (of our group of 7) arrived and we told them to ask for a table of 2 & they refused them because they saw us outside talking to them. We could have been talking to strangers for all they knew.
I wish I was making this up....
We went back inside & the 'owner' was now at the hostess podium. We were hoping the hostess wasn't able to comprehend what we were asking, but neither was the owner. Two of us could have been seated at the bar and the others at a table in the dining area, we weren't asking to be close, we weren't asking for tables to be put together & we weren't asking for separate checks. They weren't even busy, they didn't have a line out the door or at all...which was odd considering it was a Friday at 6pm & they have the 'best' wings. My guess is that it has to do with their dismal customer service.
The lack of awareness of their stupidity & their inability to make it make sense was incredulous...even a week later.
After being told F.U by the 'owner' ( I did say she was being a b), we opted to head over to Adolf's...since our out of town friend hadn't been there. Best decision. Adolf's was busy (waited about 30 mins), great wings and AMAZING customer service. Adolf's will be getting a glowing review soon.
We're now referring to our experience as being 'Nine Elevened' ... Have you been Nine Elevened?

Friends came in from the capital district area to experience what this great city of Buffalo has to showcase for chicken wings. Went to six places back to back to back etc... in one day. The atmosphere is great. The staff was amazing. Showed up around 5pm on a Friday. Group of 4 we were seated immediately. Ordered fries and 20 medium wings. Fries came out in maybe 15 min. Wings closer to an hour which the waitress/hostess asked us about prior to seating us. The wait was worth it. The medium is a medium mild. So maybe I’d order hot next time. The cook was great. Juicy. Tender. Crispy. The size of the wings were larger than most from the day. The fries were good. Also another twist on your typical medium wing. Might have been a medium garlic parm variation. It was delicious. Thank you. Will be coming back. I lucked out and was able to park in the street right in front of the restaurant

Be sure to order the fries as well. First come first serve, no reservations and cash only. You might wait an hour to get your wings but it will be worth it. You should plan to be here for a while. A must try if looking for the best wings in Buffalo.
