When an issue with one of the pies I ordered was discovered on Thanksgiving morning I messaged Todd and because it was Thanksgiving I expected to wait until the day after for a response. Nope! Todd messaged me within minutes, asked how to make it better and met my husband at the shop 20 minutes later. The pies we ordered look absolutely delicious and, if history proves me correct, they definitely will be great. Good old customer services is alive and well at Not Just Cakes.
I can't recommend this place enough. Everything is always so good and the different flavors keep things interesting. I've driven an hour and a half just to stop in, especially if they have any canollies left. :) And everyone is always welcoming and super helpful!
I've had many of the items from this establishment and every time I end up telling 10 other people how good they were. Just a great little shop with a fantastic owner, very friendly always willing to go out of his way to help.
