The food here is top notch, and the service is excellent. Gourmet food and good prices. Have been to both the Buffalo and Ellicottville locations multiple times and the food never disappoints. The management is clearly doing an excellent job here.
This review is so long overdue. My girlfriend and I (with her recommendation) ate her on March 8, 2024. Upon walking in we were greeted and seated with no waiting. The atmosphere was very pleasant and relaxing. The staff was friendly and our waiters were very polite and helpful in choosing the best food on the menu. The food was delicious and cooked well. Osteria 166 will definitely be recommended to my friends and family. I cannot wait to dine here again!
A friend of ours made a reservation for 9 of us to go to dinner the night before our team game. We walked from our hotel, about 2 blocks, but the area is kind of sketchy - stay in groups vs alone. Reservation was easy, hostess was very pleasant, we sat at a table near the back. Drinks started flowing, very good I may add, and then appetizers were ordered for the table - all very tasty.
