As a lifetime kenmore resident I was so excited for overwinter to open.. I frequent Williamsville and love it so much for its happy vibes and warm atmosphere. Sorry to say kenmore couldn’t have been more different. I walked in and the vibes were immediately off. It’s cold.. and unfriendly, especially the employees. It’s as if we were bothering them. People in customer service need to be .. customer service oriented. Plain and simple. Coffee was great though 👍🏼 do better kenmore!

At $32 a pound for their least expensive beans (there was nothing available here that was less than $24 for 12 ounces/$32 per pound) I would expect them to be fresh. Peak flavor dies within two weeks. The flavor I wanted was over two weeks old on the shelf. It had full flavor for the first day it was opened and then it died off. Disappointing when you splurge and pay premium prices expecting a premium product.
The coffee is top tier, and so are the delicious house-made syrups. Although, consistency at this new location is lacking so far (sometimes the espresso is good, other times it tastes watery). I would also love to see more alternative milk options, like soy or almond.
My main gripe is that there is no accessible entrance. Hope to see that changed soon.

I ordered a brown sugar cardomom latte. The total came to $6, it tasted amazing and was beautifully presented. However, the service here wasn’t very friendly. The lady was quite cold and not very welcoming or helpful, something I’m not used to seeing in small cafes. However, there was another worker, she was tall and blonde and was very kind.

It's a pleasant addition to Overwinter's presence in the Buffalo area. It's in the heart of Kenmore's business district. There is indoor seating and a couple of chairs outside.
Amazing coffee! Great and friendly staff. I like the regular iced vanilla latte with coconut milk. Why get watered down Starby’s when you can have real coffee. This place reminds me of Miami coffee straight punch the chest in a good way. Highly recommend this place as a coffee snob!!

Happy to have this coffee shop in Kenmore now. Cozy space with great 3rd wave coffee, and a few snacks from local artisans.
