We are from Canada and this is our 2nd time here. The 1st time I thought maybe it was just the day we came. But this is the 2nd time and the 2 girls working tonight were also super rude. It makes me really uncomfortable that you go for a happy treat and that's what you get. The one girl put our ice cream in a cup when we ordered a cone. And WE were the ones that said sorry it was just to be in a cone. No sorry back, just a window slam to the face. Its a shame a happy treat turns Into this. Based on other reviews I am not the only guest that feels this way. I just think its important the owner should know. These girls have a job because of your guests. And we shouldn't be treated as an annoyance. Custard was as good as the first time! And I wish you the best of luck with your future as its a nice spot!

I come here all the time because I live up the street. In all my years of coming here I have never encountered a friendly staff member. They are short with you and sometimes just plain rude. Even the owner isn’t friendly.

3rd time coming and up until today it was great. Today the two girls working were incredibly rude! Dirty looks just for asking for a bigger Sunday container, as the ice cream was melting out of the small one, napkins and an extra spoon. I wish we could fish our tip back out of the jar because they didn't deserve it.

Great spot right by the park. Ice cream was good, staff was friendly. 3 kiddy cones and a small all with sprinkles $20. They were open until 10 pm too.(bonus for late ball games)

This use to be our families favorite ice cream stop.. until now I came here every week last summer and ordered a brownie boat to be made with hard ice cream not soft serve. Recently ordered a the same thing and they refused to make it. And for seamingly no reason, besides they dont know how to charge for it? Working in the food industry I couldnt imagine, not making a customer something that I have all the ingredients for. Seems very strange to me and off putting. I said you can up charge me whatever you want for the hard ice cream. And you guys still refused to make it with hard ice cream. Why not charge for the boat and a small hard ice cream or something, anything !! That is very strange.. to not sell someone a sundae how they wish to have it considering I would have paid whatever you wanted for it ! I still ordered all my children ice cream but we won't be back.
