Absolute dump. Kiosks are tied up by the elderly who don’t know how to use them. Stand in line for 10+ minutes only to find out they’re out of what you want. Place needs to get it together.

The McKinley parkway location is disgusting. It looks like it's never been cleaned and it smells awful. The bathroom and eating areas are both so poorly taken care of it feels like I'm at a trashy fast food restaurant - not sure where all the money is going - just spent almost $40 on 3 tiny portioned kids meals and 2 smoothies.
The only thing is I seem to have problems with the touch screen system in this location. But everyone was very helpful. Great food.

I go to this location quite a bit for sip club coffee. The employees are usually friendly and helpful, although I will say the quality of food/preparation standards have really gone downhill over the last few years.
Update: Still pretty bad. $7 breakfast sandwich…really? Overcooked, and covered in cheese and grease.
