Lunch by myself and that was ok. I enjoyed my lunch and the food was delicious. Still a bit expensive but I keep coming back. I sat in a booth and it was dirty. Not just the table the seats and back of the bench. It was noon and the floors needed cleaned.

While the girl at the counter was very accommodating and answered all our questions I was very disappointed that there are no vegan/ vegetarian options
I got a cinnamon raisin bagel and it was the worst bagel I've ever had
Ordered a tea and the hot water that came from the hot water container was brown.......yuck
Won't be back any time soon for sure

For a place with Bread in their name, the bread should always be on point. The baguette with our soup was as hefty and solid as a door knocker. A few taps on my plate were loud enough to turn heads of the others eating there. Bread must have been at least two days old and stale AF. The crumb was dried out and disenegrating. Absolutely pathetic for Panera BREAD.

Trash. This location has really fallen off. 45 minutes to get a couple of cold sandwiches and a salad? Ridiculous. Never coming back here.

The salad was quite pitiful. It was so bland! They didn't even use dark Romaine lettuce. Panera Bread needs to hop over the border and learn from The Chopped Leaf in St. Catherines. There is a huge difference in quality and taste! Panera's cinnamon sugar bagel is quite good toasted, but they stopped selling the hazelnut cream cheese to go with it that I adored. Their maple walnut one is fine, but it isn't even anywhere near as good.

Over 30 minutes for a salad. Portion size was less than a full size. Disappointing experience

Place was dirty. No clean tables to sit at. Dishes stacked high by the garbage.
Food was awful. Potato soup was very watery and tiny crumbs of potato, barely any!, Chicken sandwich had hardly any chicken. Mostly half melted cheese and bread and a drizzle of bbq. What happened to this place?!
And customer service is horrendous! Asked for help and they all ignored me. Never coming back.!

Do not go to this location. My $30+ lunch order was completely wrong. Even the fountain drinks didnt taste right
The whole place is dirty and disorganized. There was ONE employee in there that obviously cares and tried to assist me but the rest seem under-trained, clueless and uncaring.

The food there is usually okay. Yeaterday I got a coffee, and it was badly scorched. I dumped it out after a few sips. Just don't burn the coffee.
