The customer service here is really nice, and it’s open 24 hours, which is super convenient. It’s one of the best spots for healthy food, especially for healthcare workers. The only downside for the general public is that entry is a bit restricted, so it’s not as easy for everyone to access.

Slow, slower and slowest service.
Got my overpriced cold bagel and a coffee.
Finally got my order and the creamer was empty so again I had to wait.
No wonder your stores are going g out of business.

Overall very disappointing. They seem unprepared for the orders coming in. I expect to wait at Panera but it took way too long to receive my order.

The food is always good at Panera bread. But this day 06/23/2025 the cashier najay I may be spelling it wrong but she is the sweetest and great customer service. The manager t she is very nice and helpful. The kitchen was very clean especially since I can see my food being made but everyone except one person was amazing.

Coffee machine is a total nightmare. How are you gonna have hazelnut in the same dispenser and regular coffee!?? Nut allergies anyone!!?? And the machine just shoots straight water out, that has a hint of hazelnut when getting dark roast. And a 30oz cup only dispenses about 20 ounces. Way to skimp Panera, your shit has absolutely gone downhill since the pandemic.

‼️This Panera bread is NOT open to the public‼️They should change their name to “Panera Bread (for hospital patients only)” to avoid confusion.

Not entirely this location's issue, yet it is. Most orders here seem to be mobile orders, understandable in a busy hospital. Staff don't seem prepared for people ordering in person, however. I would have loved to have ordered using 1 of their 3 kiosks, but it didn't allow me to customize a specific thing about my sandwich -- to have the bread toasted. Not a huge deal, but this is kinda a sandwich place, right? And it wasn't really toasted.. it was vaguely heated. Food is as Panera tends to be -- overpriced

Nice customer service. Open for 24 hours. Best healthy place to eat healthy for healthcare workers. Only problem for normal public that it has restricted entry.

Overall very disappointing. They seem unprepared for the orders coming in. Even though this is in a busy location, they still seem surprised and it's reflected in the lack of service and very long wait times and just plain wrong orders
