Great atmosphere with amazing drinks! The bartenders Carmell and Tayfun gave excellent customer service and made fantastic drinks! They looked almost too nice to drink! We will definitely be back!

This is the second time we have had dinner at Panorama on Seven. The food and service is top notch. It was a busy night at the restaurant but we were not rushed at all, we had a nice relaxing dinner before heading to the Key Bank Center. We will definitely be returning when we are in Buffalo again!

Very nice views of canal side. Open and airy seating. Nice bar area. Meals were fair quality. Service OK. Granted it was a holiday menu but steak was a poor cut and for such an extensive wine menu they didn't have the wine we wanted. My suggestion, reduce the shear volume of wine offerings so you can carry all of them. Too many were extreme priced and I don't believe you can sell these anyway. Settled for a glass of wine instead of a bottle and it was not VG.

Our Christmas dinner at Panorama on Seven was OK... The restaurant and it's views are beautiful and breathtaking. Our server was very polite and nice. The wine was good. The breads and the Caesar salads were exceptionally good. The desserts, which we took home were good. The issue was with our entree. We SPECIFICALLY ASKED our server while ordering IF the chicken dish was a nice, full chicken breast. She said yes, it was, so we both ordered it. When our entrees arrived they were NOT a chicken breast, but, rather, a chicken thigh and a chicken leg, which we were not happy with, as we do not care for those at all! Being that it was Christmas and the server was nice, we did remind her that we HAD in fact, ASKED about the chicken dish BEFORE we ordered it, but, chose not to bother changing it. We were offered a bottle of wine, which we declined. We did leave a good tip anyway. We were disappointed as this was OUR CHRISTMAS DINNER.

Was not a delightful experience we expected on Christmas. First off, the menu was extremely limited. I called in advance to confirm they had gluten free pasta, was told, yes in addition they said they had gluten free bread, well, they had neither. I ordered the filet mignon, it was good until I found blue tape in my potatoes. They were nice enough to comp my meal. One of our other guests order the duck, which was extremely over cooked, but they did comp that dish as well. The service was not great, my gluten free Ceasar salad ordered without croutons was delivered with them. We will never go back.

It's Christmas Eve, and the bar staff, Carmen, Tayfun, and Rangga are rocking this place. It's not the most busiest time of year (yet the place is busy with families) for the business traveller but these folks are making sure my stay is fun. Thank you! Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays.

Panorama on Seven offers breathtaking 360° city views, elegant ambiance, and exquisite cuisine—seared scallops, perfectly cooked steak with fries and carrots, plus candy cheesecake and chocolate pistachio dome for dessert were divine. Service excelled with Natalie’s warm, expert care. A true gem!
Pros: Great downtown location, free valet parking, upscale decor, friendly staff, reasonable prices, impressive whisky selection. Cons: Slow service. Kitchen was out of my first choice dish, coq au vin. I normally wouldn’t complain about this, but I ordered at like 6:45 pm. Strange that they’d be out of a make-ahead entree at the very beginning of the dinner rush. I assume it just wasn’t prepared that day. My next choice, the bone-in pork chop was presented beautifully, but was startlingly bland and under-seasoned, as though the chop was just put on the grill with no salt, pepper, anything. It came with mashed potatoes, which were gluey. The asparagus was good. All things considered, not a bad experience. But a little disappointing because the food easily could’ve been better.
