Went to brunch today with my 8 month old daughter and mother and the staff was more than accommodating. Gloria,Gracie and Glory were all beyond helpful and kind. They were full of smiles and had positive attitudes the whole time. I am actively nursing and they offered a banker room for me to pump so I can do it comfortably. The restaurant was clean, neat and the food was also delicious. 10 out of 10 recommend and will be coming back!

The server (Kelly) was amazing! The look and feel of the restaurant was also great. The price for food versus the quality did not align. They have the best location in the area but help is needed in the kitchen. The food lacked flavor and presentation. For the price they should invest into the chef, back office staff and the kitchen. This place could be a gold mine if all the gaps are filled.

We stay at Marriott often. We tried the panorama a couple years ago and were disappointed but we thought we'd try it again. Unfortunately they were not able to do better. Wrong drink and never came back to get it right. Dinner wasn't any better. Filet came overdone. It was returned and i got a raw one. It was okay third time. My companion ate reluctantly. Her meal was "okay" She finally got the drink she had ordered. The bill had the wrong drink and the right drink. When confronted waitress said but you did drink some of it .It was only drunk partially and only then it was drank because of lack of service.

Awesome meal and experience. Especially before the Buffalo Sabres Game. Food was cooked perfectly. Great ambiance. The servers, staff , bartenders were incredibly attentive and responsive.

Panorama on Seven doesn't disappoint. This was our third time dining there. Each time has been a pleasurable experience with good service, great food & a terrific view. We will definitely return.

Not really sure how to star this review because our server KELLY was an 5 star amazing but our experience here was a 1 star. So my husband and I came here before a concert to eat and drink! After we ordered our drinks and food we waited and waited for our drinks to come and our food ended up coming first! I could tell ur server was frustrated with her team at the restaurant because she was standing at the bar almost whole time waiting for our Drinks and apologized for having drinks come after our meal. This is annoying because I wanted to at least have a couple drinks before my concert! I was scared to even order another one! Besides that our food was pretty good, but our server kelly was absolutely awesome and she’s the only reason why I would go back and eat here. Honestly the manger on duty who who came over after she told him about our drinks, wasn’t even expressive or seemed to care about how long our drinks took he shows no emotion at all which you really need in customer service .

Brief: very welcoming, worth the price, high-quality and inventive dishes and desserts. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, incredible view.

Long: My friend and I have been here twice now, first for a birthday and this latest time for my first Bills game. This time we had Nichole, who was super attentive and really went above and beyond to give advice about what to do and traffic around Highmark.

The focaccia rotates, but whatever they put in it is incredible; we got roasted red pepper. It's huge and very filling, so for us two it needed a to go container. My friend loves octopus and gets it everywhere, so of course he got the octopus appetizer, and he says it's in his top 5--tender, fresh, and incredibly sauced that soaked up beautifully with the bread. He also got the carbonara, which was so creamy and smoky. Last time, I got the fish special, which was suggested by the super friendly Turkish waiter whose name escapes me (I think starts with an M).

This time, I got the pork chop. It's really flavorful, inspiring food. It's one of my new favorite special places to go because of the great people, wonderful food, and incredible view.

Save room for dessert, because it's really delicious and impressive. We've gotten seasonal passion fruit tart (some of the best we've ever had) and the chocolate mousse dome. Very fancy, very grammable, not too sweet.

Only gripe is how to get there the first time and the parking, which we're still trying to figure out (I'm a bit grouchy to pay for parking, and I'm not certain they validate). The first time, we went to the wrong hotel. Both times, we just drove around for a bit and parked on a street, but it was harder this time since the Sabres game was the same time.

Best idea to make a reservation, but we've been late before since we come from Rochester, so be sure to call to let them know if that's the case too.

Parking: There's a paid parking lot around the corner and street parking.

I patiently waited for a beverage longer than I expected. One bar tender stepped up and I think his name was Typhoon, not only did he serve me but he was more than pleasant but very apologetic. Without asking he not only made a great drink but he gave me some snacks while apologizing. The guy with the long hair that looked like a “rocker” didn't even acknowledge me and deserves no recognition.
