This place is an absolute nightmare for DoorDashers, Uber any of that. They need to remove themselves from the list of apps like this and have their own delivery service. There is very poor/no Connection in this area which screws up any other orders you may have. Extending everything beyond the time given to complete pick ups. You have to walk a block away to confirm orders. 75% of the time the order is not started until you get there. Purchase and pick up, but never be mad at the person you entrust to do so because this place is terrible for anyone working through these apps. I have no idea why it's allowed to remain on the list for delivery using any of these apps after so many of the same complaints. It's unacceptable and unfair to these workers. I would highly suggest a wifi set up for these workers in the future if they plan to stay part of any of these apps.

I used to every Monday but they started to mess up in making cheese sticks nor understand what a cheese stick was and after I asked for it to be re made because it was basically butter the next few times I came in they were horrible. They are not clean and don’t wear the papa John outfits. A random guy off the street just started cooing. When you go to the one in east Amherst and the one in Amherst they are very clean and professional

You will get bad delivery experience if you don't tip. Yesterday I tipped and still got a bad experience when you tip, the drivers still a hole. Food is messy and cold. The breadsticks were chewy.nkt cook all the day. I would recommend Just Pizza Elmwood, the drivers will treat you with respect no matter if you don't tip.

The food is great, and the service is helpful and friendly. The entrance is small and there is no room to eat in the store. It takes around 10 minutes to get your pizza, and the prices are good if you get it on sale

Last two orders arrived an hour late and cold. You know those special bags that are supposed to keep the food hot? The last 2 drivers didn't have them. Is the store cheaping out on equipment?
