First time here and Everything was perfectly cooked! Flavors were on point too! Service was really good and the owner is such a nice woman this place deserves every bit of a 5 star review!

Tried to support too many times.. Yes the food is good. However waiting for over 1hr for a piece chicken is ridiculous.. Too many bad experiences..

Food is good wait time is TERRIBLE!

Food is ok, however there was not one full piece of yams in my order all just soupy small pieces. The Mac and cheese was dry and I had to wait two hours for my order

Wow wow wow. This food was incredible. Some of the absolute best fried chicken I’ve ever had. The wait took awhile so expect a bit of a wait at times. It’s worth every bit though. Everything was phenomenal and I can’t wait to go back. Thanks for such a great meal and wonderful talking with the owner.

We showed up on the later side about 9pm or so, walked up to the resturant and was immediately welcomed with a friendly face and conversation. Met the owner who was just a delight, told us all about the resturant and all about the food. Ordered our food waited about 15-20 min for our 2 orders to come out which wasnt bad considering as soon as you put a folk full in your mouth you could tell the food was made just for you. GREAT flavour, Great portions, Great owner and staff. I will be coming back when im in buffalo again on business. What a great experience....

The best soul food of my life! I had the catfish, greens, and green beans- each were absolutely perfect and delicious. Our server was very welcoming and made me feel like I was being invited over to a friend's house for dinner. Great spot for a date night or a group of friends.

The food was very good and freshly prepared. The Mac n cheese was slamming, I honestly should've ordered another to go. The service itself was just ok, could've been friendlier. The fried chicken was hot and fresh seasoned to perfection.

Ms. West is the best. She's makes sure her customers are very satisfied. I've had the Fried ribs, Country style fried chicken,Pork chops, Mac and cheese, greens, string beans, yams, cornbread and potato salad. Everything was very very good.

Was recommended by a colleague to try this place. The restaurant looks different from the pics online and the name isn't easy to find on the building, so it was difficult to figure out where the place is as a first timer. As previously mentioned by others, the food wasn't ready 1.5 hrs after ordering and there was 1 server that was having a bad day.. But the best part of the experience was the fresh meal. The flavours and look of the food was so authentic and the portions were generous...the end that justified the means.
