Absolutely fantastic first experience at Patina 250. Cannot say enough good things about our server John who took exceptional care of us and made some really good recommendations. Smaller upscale restaurant that is not pretentious or overly priced. Everything was delicious and we can't wait to come back!

Excellent flavors during brunch. Only thing that needs work, is a new dessert with dulcet de Leche. Too sweet, but everything else was most perfect.

Came here with a small group on a Monday night a few weeks ago. Our food was great and service was even better. It was odd though, the restaurant seemed absurdly overstaffed-- We counted 3 servers, 1 back server, 3 bartenders, 1 hostess, 1 manager who seemed to be texting/lounging, and maybe 3 tables in the restaurant the entire time we were there. I have to wonder if in these economic times the price point could be lower and more could enjoy this restaurant if staffing was different. I won't hold that against them though, all in all we had a nice dinner so 5 stars.

My husband and I went for our Anniversary. We got a cute Happy Anniversary card and they gave us our appetizer for free. The food and service was amazing.

I highly recommend having a meal here.

The Sunday brunch here was totally awesome! The staff was super friendly and attentive. Our food came out fast, and it was delicious. The Croque Madame was a game-changer—the bread was crispy, and the sauce was amazing. The Eggs Benedict was also top-notch. If you're looking for a great brunch spot, this is the place.

Had an excellent anniversary dinner at Patina 250. Service was exemplary and the pacing of the meal was top notch. Waiter was very knowledgeable about all the food on the menu. We ordered several appetizers and two mains. Everything was prepared perfectly. The scallop dish was the star of the meal, I don’t think you can cook a scallop more perfectly. The food was presented excellent, with nothing out of place on the plates.

The food and service were very good..., it's just that the price seems exaggerated. They impose a 20% tip on the ticket...

Had the chicken dish when last in town in June and it was delicious. Ordered it again and recommended to my other guests. Very rubbery and practically inedible. If you are going to charge $39 for chicken it better be worth it.

My niece and I usually love patina. Our waiter, John, did an excellent job and gave us flawless service and some of the food was outstanding; however, the eggplant was strange, watery and mushy, and did not taste anything like we expected from the menu description. Also, the grilled peach salad was not grilled peaches, just sliced peaches and very heavy on the mint without much else going on. There were literally two small peach slices in each of our salads with lots and lots of spinach. We did appreciate that they split it into two plates for us to share and the cauliflower and shishito peppers were also yummy. We are usually quite pleased with everything, so we will come back.

We attended brunch for my mother's birthday, which we noted in the reservation. The restaurant was beautiful and clean. The food was incredible, the drinks delicious, but the best by far was the attention and service. John was a our waiter and kind, helpful and on top of every last detail. There was a birthday card waiting for my mom at the table and a treat at the end of the meal, which made her day! Food came out quickly, and was hot and so fresh! We enjoyed every moment!

The place was beautiful and the service terrific all delivered in an almost magical urban setting. Unfortunately, the food simply did not equal either service or surroundings. The steaks were edible but somewhat overcooked and the tuna tough and unappealing. The Brussels sprouts were beyond repair. Caesar salad was drowning in dressing and instead of house made croutons was “dusted” with crouton crumbs. ? My personal policy is to mention a problem but not to ask for the item to be taken from the bill unless something is ridiculously bad. These issues were not that bad. In all, we'd rather do Chip House, Oliver's, Lombardo's, or a number of other great Buffalo restaurants when we return to our home town. Pricing was reasonable (about $120 each) which was expected with two decent bottles of wine.

We were so happy to celebrate a Birthday dinner on Labor Day Monday in a restaurant with such a beautiful atmosphere! Our only minor quibble was being seated in a booth with very dim lighting. Our server was very attentive and all our food was delivered in a timely manner and it was delicious . Steaks were cooked properly. Sides were yummy especially love the Brussels sprouts! Cesar salads were a bit soggy ( too much dressing ) The birthday dessert was a lovely celebration to end our meal. We will be back and highly recommend Patina 250

We had a beautiful wedding anniversary dinner at Patina 250! Our server was so pleasant and thoughtful, she brought us complimentary glasses of Prosecco to toast our anniversary, and a sweet card. Our salmon and scallop entrees were delicious, and the Brussel sprout and mushroom sides were outstanding. We ended the meal with a yummy peach shortcake, it was perfection. We will definitely be back!
