Desserts were good, main dishes were overpriced, side orders were large and service was mediocre. The restaurant seemed understaffed during various times of the day; bartenders acting as servers when during a game day weekend, the service should be stellar.

The food was served promptly and it was ALL delicious. We had appetizers, salads and entrees. A member of our party had celiac and must be gluten-free. They have so many available options, that are always on the menu, not just substitutions. A jumbo lump crab cake that is gluten free?! Amazing!

We've enjoyed Patina the past 9 XMas Eve's and always left satisfied. This year bar service was not as good due to a lot of chatter from the bar tender and keep and food quality inconsistent. We'll be back...hoping next year will be better.

This was a great meal overall and perfect amount of food for us. We split the squash soup, which did get cold quick in the type of bowl they served, but came out hot. Just something for them to consider. It tasted good though! I got the short rib and my husband got the filet. My greens were a bit over salted, but I still enjoyed them and the overall meal. My husbands filet was cooked perfect! We both ended the meal with espresso martinis. They were definitely sweeter than we like them to be, so not my favorite, but the food was and service were great!!

It's in the Buffalo Westin downtown. Parking was easy on the street, but they also offer valet and will validate at the front desk. The food was good and our server was very attentive without being a busybody like some can be.

We had a fantastic lunch at Patina 250! The table was awesome- private, but right by the windows- delicious food, amazing service, and a great ambiance. I highly recommend it!

My husband and I went here on Thanksgiving Day 2025, OMG, When I tell you, Everything was Perfect, THE Greeting at the Door, They took our Coats, Seated us, The Waitress was Amazing, Food Was Fantastic, Scenery was Beautiful, I highly recommend this Place, Thank you 😊

Extremely poor service especially when we indicated our time was limited. Server said food is coming out quickly and won't be a problem. Waited 20 minutes for two bowls of soup...No concern for our request and a lot of "lip service". Unfortunately after needing to complain, the manager came over to se"how we were feeling" ... really. In the end with about 10 minutes to eat our meal, she offered to delete some items of the bill and did.

We had four guests with us who had never been to Buffalo before. They were delighted with the menu offerings and ambiance at Patina. Service was great and every lunch choice was terrific.
