The view of the city is gorgeous from the food top, and the food was great! The only problem I had was after we were served our drinks a appetizers, the waitress asked for a card on file right before the food was brought out. I planned go pay in cash so I gave her a card that was not turned on at that moment, thinking they weren't going to charge my card. She was very sweet and mentioned the manager did not want to serve the food without a card. After she addressed that the card declined due to a “deposit charge” I offer to pay my bill upfront, but I wanted to speak to the manager for the inconvenience. Once speaking to him he was very rude, and disrespectful to the fact that we were asked to pay full price on card before authorization. And as he explained that was there policy, I wondered why were we not asked upfront or when we got alcoholic drink?he continued to dismiss the issue. The environment was great, the drinks were amazing, the manager is very rude.

The views are absolutely stunning, and what's great is that it's perfect for both day and night events.The only minor drawback is the presence of bees, but don't let that deter you from enjoying this versatile spot. Had reservations and got seated pretty quick, but never had someone come by to wait on us. We sat there as we kept seeing people that work there just walk by. Ended up just going to bar to order which took a while with 2 bartenders and everyone ordering around the bar. Drinks were pretty good and views nice at sunset, but if you're expecting anything more probably not the best place to go.

Was good except for an infestation of bees. Nothing seemed to be done to address this problem. I had made a reservation and that was the first question I was asked upon arriving. But there were never more than twenty people in the place.
To start the environment is VERY exclusive and amazing. The view is an incredible sight. The only thing overshadowing that was service by the bartender named Jackson. This man served me and my girl with an amazing accuracy. He was very personable, and charismatic. He is a bartenders bartender. I will be returning specifically for the amazing drinks he made, his expertise in bartending, the view, the security and the ambiance, in that order. Thank you Jackson!

Had confirmed reservations tonight at 630pm. They forgot to turn their reservations off so when we arrived and they were preparing for a private event, they offered to “walk us downstairs and recommend dinner at Vice”. I had two girlfriends in from out of town and we specifically picked here the great view and delicious looking menu, not Vice’s menu. They didn’t offer a round of drinks or any sort of comp on dinner. Just basically told us we need to leave.

Restaurant forgot to turn off their reservations for the night and had a private event. Received a confirmation text and another text the morning of my reservation to confirm. When myself and my two out of town friends showed up, they shoo-ed us away and acted like it was our fault that we were able to make reservations. Very poor service and didn't offer us anything but to "book us another reservation for the future".

Made reservations for Sunday at 6:45 only to get there and they tell me that they were closing at seven because it's been slow that day so I was very disappointed. Thankfully Vice was downstairs and we was able to eat there but I was really looking forward to eating at Patrick's rooftop. They could've at least gave a courtesy call letting us know that they were closing early.
