Ordered a small pizza w/ extra cheese for delivery. The pizza was cold & burnt. There was barely any cheese on it. Thirty bucks w/ tip right in the garbage. Worse pizza I ever tasted. The delivery guy was nice though. Never again!

What a Disappointment!! Waited for over a Hour for pick up after being told 30 minutes. Crust was paper thin in the middle and so thick on the outside rim. Little cheese in spots, Was dry because sauce was not enough. Cup n char pepperoni was ok. After seeing the Video done by a pizza reviewer on YouTube Pats pizza looked absolutely amazing so we decided to try it, the pizza was obviously special made for the reviewer because that's NOT what the average customer gets!!! I guess don't believe everything you see.

This is the WORST pizzeria I have ever been to. They always mess up your food. Every single time and never will take the blame and correct it. Always will be a waste of money going here. I don’t recommend.

I ordered three subs on Friday between 4pm and 6pm and two of them had watered-down mayo on them and bottom bun was so soggy didn't taste any good with watered-down mayo. I worked in a pizza place and other places that made subs and we never never put water in the mayo or in the bottle you use for mayo.

Rude staff to each other and customers. Check out Pat's pizzeria on their sight. Many complaints about food quality. This is absolutely true. My daughter ordered a cheese and pepperoni pizza. There was a cooked spider on her pizza. If I could, I would give them half of a star. I will not recommend this pizzeria.

Just ordered a lg pizza on line 30 minute to pickup pizza dough was hard ,burnt,we order from here all the time,very disappointed if I wasn't hungry I would of brought it back,straight garbage.

Ordered a steak hoagie today and there were black rocks inside of it. When I bid it I bit into something extremely hard that does not break apart open the sub to find a several black particles in my sub called to speak to a manager. They told me I would have to bring the sub all the way back to them to get a new sub, and refused to have a delivery driver come and pick up the food and bring me a new. I am at work so driving back to them was not doable plus for the inconvenience they should have offered to deliver I would have gladly tipped the delivery driver, but it was a flat out no. And if I wanted a new sub I would have to go there, customer service sucks and upon further inspection, These particles look like broken asphalt. It’s not any burnt pieces because these do not break apart. They’re very very hard.

I ordered from these guys several times & I have to say they have been consistent with great affordable food & even better customer service! Tonight my family & I ordered the usual, pizza & hot wings but their hot subs are delicious as well. Thanks again Pats?
