Rude staff to each other and customers. Check out Pat's pizzeria on their sight. Many complaints about food quality. This is absolutely true. My daughter ordered a cheese and pepperoni pizza. There was a cooked spider on her pizza. If I could, I would give them half of a star. I will not recommend this pizzeria.

Just ordered a lg pizza on line 30 minute to pickup pizza dough was hard ,burnt,we order from here all the time,very disappointed if I wasn't hungry I would of brought it back,straight garbage.

Ordered a steak hoagie today and there were black rocks inside of it. When I bid it I bit into something extremely hard that does not break apart open the sub to find a several black particles in my sub called to speak to a manager. They told me I would have to bring the sub all the way back to them to get a new sub, and refused to have a delivery driver come and pick up the food and bring me a new. I am at work so driving back to them was not doable plus for the inconvenience they should have offered to deliver I would have gladly tipped the delivery driver, but it was a flat out no. And if I wanted a new sub I would have to go there, customer service sucks and upon further inspection, These particles look like broken asphalt. It’s not any burnt pieces because these do not break apart. They’re very very hard.

Tried this place for the first time and food was extremely soggy and messy; couldn’t even eat it properly and a lot of it went to waste ?
I been ordering there for along time and today there chicken wings and chicken fingers were horrible... I don't know if they have new cook or what but deff a hands down and then the lady Kelly that works there has the worst attitude. And deff should not be working with people .. she is even nasty to the employee in front of customers

Worst experience ever not one pizza for slices was made glass pizza cabinet totally empty. 40 minutes to make a pizza for slices. Then was 20 minutes but still no slices. So many customers waiting and walking out . Such terrible service. There is one person making 3 things pizza subs and tacos. If the cashier would leave him alone and stop talking to him bout personal stuff and stop gauging in long conversation wit customers so next order can be tooken if that could b done a-lot of food can get-made much faster.After touching money and wiping down counters she decided to help him spread cheese on pizza remind you never washed her hands and no gloves was put on. I walked out
