I stopped in on November 6th, 2025, around 11:45 AM, and was greeted by a super nice girl at the counter. She made sure I had everything I needed—plates, napkins, the works. The service was awesome, and they always have great food deals. Really appreciate the good vibes here.❤️❤️

I like this place a lot and order all the time because I live nearby I have no complaints reliable and reasonably priced. Not the best pizza in buffalo in my opinion. But I think buffalonians are picky and spoiled when it comes to people.

Place an online order they took money but no no receipt no food. I called in to resolve this. I got hung up on and was told to contact bank no help no compassion.now I’m out of my money 30$ and no food and rude service

We used Pats for a big lunch order. The service was great and so was the food. I called to confirm the order, staff was friendly. Delivery was on time. We will be using Pats again frequently!

Lady taking the order was rude and had an attitude, I ordered a sheet and 50 wings saucy. The wings wasn't saucy and they charged me $1.03 for a little thing of sauce. I should of checked my pizza cause when I got home it was over cooked and had 6 to 7 burnt cheese bubbles on it ( I have pictures). I called to talk to the manager and she wasn't available explained whats was wrong to the rude lady that took my order in the first place and I was told the manager will call me back, still waiting that was 8/9/25.

Pats has fallen so far absolute joke food is terrible and so is the service have been going here for years and the last year has been an absolute joke save your money go elsewhere

I bought a pizza yesterday with sausage and pepperoni it was burnt it was hard I usually like their Pizza it was terrible

Ordered a small pizza w/ extra cheese for delivery. The pizza was cold & burnt. There was barely any cheese on it. Thirty bucks w/ tip right in the garbage. Worse pizza I ever tasted. The delivery guy was nice though. Never again!

What a Disappointment!! Waited for over a Hour for pick up after being told 30 minutes. Crust was paper thin in the middle and so thick on the outside rim. Little cheese in spots, Was dry because sauce was not enough. Cup n char pepperoni was ok. After seeing the Video done by a pizza reviewer on YouTube Pats pizza looked absolutely amazing so we decided to try it, the pizza was obviously special made for the reviewer because that's NOT what the average customer gets!!! I guess don't believe everything you see.

This is the WORST pizzeria I have ever been to. They always mess up your food. Every single time and never will take the blame and correct it. Always will be a waste of money going here. I don’t recommend.

I ordered three subs on Friday between 4pm and 6pm and two of them had watered-down mayo on them and bottom bun was so soggy didn't taste any good with watered-down mayo. I worked in a pizza place and other places that made subs and we never never put water in the mayo or in the bottle you use for mayo.
