I'm a old school pats pizzerias customer...since the early 80s ..people who've left the riverside area always come back for PATS...unfortunately it's just not the same.

The woman behind the counter openly said she wasn’t answering the phone because she “didn’t want to,” which explains why I had to call six times just to place an order. Another employee, a cook, was the one who finally answered. While I was waiting, she complained about her coworkers in front of the three customers who were there, and she even forgot part of another customer’s order. Her appearance was unprofessional especially her hair, and the entire experience felt disorganized and chaotic. This was my first time visiting, and it will be my last.

I stopped in on November 6th, 2025, around 11:45 AM, and was greeted by a super nice girl at the counter. She made sure I had everything I needed—plates, napkins, the works. The service was awesome, and they always have great food deals. Really appreciate the good vibes here.❤️❤️

I like this place a lot and order all the time because I live nearby I have no complaints reliable and reasonably priced. Not the best pizza in buffalo in my opinion. But I think buffalonians are picky and spoiled when it comes to people.

Place an online order they took money but no no receipt no food. I called in to resolve this. I got hung up on and was told to contact bank no help no compassion.now I’m out of my money 30$ and no food and rude service

We used Pats for a big lunch order. The service was great and so was the food. I called to confirm the order, staff was friendly. Delivery was on time. We will be using Pats again frequently!

Lady taking the order was rude and had an attitude, I ordered a sheet and 50 wings saucy. The wings wasn't saucy and they charged me $1.03 for a little thing of sauce. I should of checked my pizza cause when I got home it was over cooked and had 6 to 7 burnt cheese bubbles on it ( I have pictures). I called to talk to the manager and she wasn't available explained whats was wrong to the rude lady that took my order in the first place and I was told the manager will call me back, still waiting that was 8/9/25.
