These donuts are not good at all. I would call myself a donut connoisseur and these donuts are nothing in comparison to other places I have been. Sorry to say everything in the recipe is off. The dough itself and the icings as well. Sorry

Paula's is simply the best. The doughnuts are always so delicious and prices reasonable. I recently tried the coffee and it was decent. Not the best coffee but I've also had some terrible coffee at other places that this hits the spot just right. The staff are always so patient and friendly with me and the kids even when the kids are a little indecisive.

My favourite donut shop! Each time we make the drive down to Buffalo from Toronto, we always make a stop here. The Bavarian cream is so good. The dough is chewy on all donuts. They are heavier so make sure you have an appetite! Jelly donuts are my second option. Staff are always helpful. Lots of seating.

Here visiting from Florida, June of 2025. This experience at Paula’s donuts has me in my feelings and I don’t know when I’ll be able to travel back to enjoy the most amazing donuts I’ve ever had. The quality of the donuts were very poor the last time we got them . The oil must not be clean because I kept burping up them up.They were also doughy and just not prepared the way I was expecting for the price I paid.Also the fillings were the cheapest from the taste of them.

I havent had the actual chance to stop in the store but I've had my fair share of their donuts, and I can say they're amazing! For the price of one is great, each donut is like the size of half a cake. Perfect to share between two if you want, I recommend trying out their donuts some time because it'll be the best you'll ever have!

I dont easily jump here but this time i had to…
I came from canada, did not have any sim connection or internet… in the shop there were more than 15 employees working there, and politely, i asked one of them can you please help me i need to get to rainbow bridge… if you can help me with hotspot or any sort of direction guidance
Your staff simply ignored and said he does not have any hotspot… customer interaction is must if someone is interacting in a polite way
I really felt helpless and trying to go shop by shop looking for wifi connection
I understand that some stores they dont have wifi’s and store sometimes can not help but there is always a way to say no and provide any alternative if employeee wishes
I am also a customer service advisor but i have never seen such an ignorant employeee
one of your staff mentioned “i dont have any wifi”
I ordered two boxes of four dozen honeydep donut holes in Each box there was only a dozen and a half

My husband and I have been visiting Buffalo for over 30 years and only discovered Paula’s within the last couple of years and boy are we ever glad we did !! The donuts are out of this world . In fact our kids place their orders now everytime we tell them we are heading to Buffalo . We also but for friends as everyone is so hooked on the donuts . We were there again today and had were served by the greatest employee by the name of Jordan . He was so polite and patient with us as we picked all our donuts . He has amazing customer service skills 👌🏽Until next time
