Instead of advertising on TV.... why don't you lower the cost of your donuts. asking for a friend!

Went to this Paula's location for the first time today. Ordering was quick and easy. The staff was super friendly! My breakfast sandwich was amazing and since it was Tuesday I got a free donut with my sandwich. I will definitely be visiting this location again!

Really good donuts. The classic stuff, soft and fluffy, crispy done just right. We got the assorted half a dozen, honeydew, chocolate, Boston cream pie. Service was not really good , didn’t matter cuz I came for the food

I grew up a few blocks from the original location and my first job was across the street. I grew up on Paula's. Now I will make dedicated trips to Paula's.
The doughnuts are just amazing. I didn't know normal doughnuts were 1/2 the size of Paula's until I was about 20. I was just used to having softball sized doughnuts.
When I was 25, I dated a girl from St Catherines Canada. As a Canadian, she was a self proclaimed Doughnut Connoisseur. I brought her a Texas Doughnut from Paula's and she took pictures and sent them to her friends back home. The Texas Doughnuts will feed an office, theyre about a foot across.
Even the cinnamon buns are the size of dinner plates.
They may appear to be a bit more expensive, but if you consider every doughnut is 2x the size of everywhere else, you're getting a good deal. I can eat 3 Tim Hortons doughnuts. I cannot finish a Paula's doughnut in one sitting.

I love the food, it’s my favorite place to go for lunch. A while back a heavier set blonde girl took the order of the man in front of me handled money then prepared his food with the same gloves. When I was asked what I wanted I just left. I stayed away for a while and if I seen her working I would just walk out.
Today I had a good experience yesterday and I ordered again because you get a donut when you buy a coffee on friday. The same thing happened I paid and the woman counted my change out and went to make food touching the products trying to find what I wanted. Given the mistrust for food service sabotaging food if you complain I fought the urge to say anything for a moment. I asked her to switch her gloves. She said yes and I only hope that she did not spit in my food or something.
Money is dirty a f and uncommon sense is prevalent. Perhaps they are just lazy or something but it’s pretty disgusting and I hate that an enjoyable lunch here because I like the food becomes a grossed out paranoid endeavor. Please teach your employees to be less slothful and dirty.

This is a good donut shop complete with some additional items like hot sandwiches and coffee/drinks. The glaze was a nice amount of fluffy and dense with nice flavor. There was plenty of selection and great choices. 8.2/10
