We had a great post Eclipse meal here. The draughts were numerous and the pretzel starter was FANTASTIC. I had a great hamburger and our waitress was bubbly and friendly. This would be a great hangout next time I am up in the Buffalo area.

There are pool tables, darts, pinball machines, and air hockey on the second floor - hence the third star. The pool table was only a dollar - quite worn out so if you are really into it, bring your own pool stick. Unfortunately the food was mediocre at best and the supposedly hot Buffalo wings were very mild. The service was good and the fans on belts added to the ambience.

The food was pretty gross. Some of it was closer to mediocre, but overall I thought everything was terrible. My son's burger was super dried out on top of a giant oversized hard bun, making it so unappetizing and impossible to eat. My fish fry special was near disgusting. A few tiny little pieces completely over seasoned and inedible. -- Landed back here with family who picked it out and food is still terrible. We ordered family style, took up a whole floor and shared a ton of plates-- every single one was mediocre to bad. The best thing we had was the pretzels and cheese.

The food is not good enough. It was overcooked and it seems to be they have made it long back for someone then they heated it and gave it us I guess

Great place, most vivid memory of Buffalo - atmosphere, food, beer tasting. Everything was delicious and fun! It's cool! Glad to be back again!

Well well well the beer was flat! Flat? Not really a good taste. Tasted like water. Every beer we tried. End up drinking out of a can. Food was ok nothing special but ok. Really need to do something about it because has a great atmosphere.

Friendly staff. I had the garlic Parmesan wings and coleslaw. They were excellent. We also had the onion rings.

Been there three times and will continue to go back every time we are in the area. The atmosphere feels welcoming and comfortable, not to mention the food and drinks are great.

I used to love this place. In my opinion the food has gone downhill tremendously. Went yesterday before a show for dinner and ordered the corned beef special. It was absolutely terrible. You couldn't eat it. It looked like they had made a lot of corned beef ahead of time and then reheated it on a griddle. It was extremely tough and the cabbage was literally gray. We returned it telling the waiter how unhappy we were and got an order of wings instead. Those were good but he never came back and asked how we liked the wings and he never asked if we wanted another beverage. We never saw him again until the check came. He was clearly avoiding us. I got the quesadilla. It was fine but nothing great. This is the second bad meal we've had in as many visits so we won't be returning for sure. Unfortunate.

I really do love going to Pearl street but the prices have gotten outrageous lately. I got two double well drinks and it came to almost $26 before tip. I can go to pretty much any specialty cocktail bar and get a much fancier, more complex drink for cheaper than that. The wait staff and bartenders are all amazing, but the prices shooting up so drastically in the last couple months has really made it not worth going anymore.

The seasonal beer offerings tasted okay, but the food was not good. The cheese sauce for the giant pretzel was watery and the horseradish sauce had no taste at all. I paid $18 for a shrimp salad with 8 tiny rubbery shrimp, and a lump of guacamole that was clearly old. The lettuce wasn't even chopped properly and was left in huge chunks. I would not return.

I originally wanted to come here for the atmosphere and interesting photos/sculptures that they have littered around the property. The atmosphere was the only characteristic of value here, as we were not served promptly or with any enthusiasm. The staff was rude and slow. It was surprising as we went at a time of day where there were hardly any customers. The history of buffalo can be found manifested at this bar and I must say that it was very interesting and eclectic! And maybe they have some redeeming qualities when it's busier.Ultimately, if you are looking to have a beer after the game this is the place for you. The beer selection is great. Their food and service on the other hand is subpar. And I want to emphasize that they have a great selection of locally themed beers.

Great food and service. A lot of different house made beers. Try the cherry wheat!

Went for lunch, hists and server was great. Menu was very appealing, food was not good at all. Gouda Mac and Cheese was room temperature at best, and awful flavor. Turkey and brie sandwich was just bland, tomato had a black spot on it, and the fries were cold and soggy. Sorry, not worth the drive any more.
