Food was okay. It seems the portion sizes have decreased but I haven't been here for years. Service was okay, nothing special. Only came here because we were in a pinch, many better options in the surrounding area

Called to place to go order. They answered but put me on hold. 9 minutes later I hung up and placed my order online. Got there and waited ten minutes for someone to come over and then another 10 minutes for them to grab my order. Food was not as I ordered and the chicken was dry and hard. I normally do lunch a couple times a month here.

Had an amazing night all thanks to our server Will, our table didnt have forks on it but the second our food came he got us forks and chopsticks without us asking. Good food, Impeccable service, and a delightful atmosphere.

Keynan was a great server, was tentative and suggested great food which we enjoyed. Great server!!
Food was just OK. I've eaten at many P.F. Chang's and honestly, this is probably my least favorite location. I am from Arizona and was here visiting. It was extremely cold in the restaurant. We noted other people asking to move their seats as well as ourselves. I know our waitress asked for the heat, or I should say the air conditioning to be turned down not quite sure if it ever was while we were there at least our server was very good as she seemed to be waiting on most tables.

I made reservations which I received a email confirmation when I arrive there the person working up front rudely cut me off and stated “we do not have reservations” might you when I made reservations for my Niece which just Graduated from College this is where I wanted to take her to eat. So I drove 10hrs from SC and when I filled out my reservations I did fill out the special occasion with the description celebrating this event. No came to acknowledge it but we seen planting of birthday wishes from the host. Atmosphere was great food was great but the hospitality 👎🏽

My family and I were at the mall and I decided to get some takeout from P.F. Chang’s. Unfortunately, I prepaid for the food prior to picking it up and as soon as you walk in you get smacked in the face with Literally the smell of sewage……. It definitely wasn’t the smell of Chinese food in anyway it smelled like really bad, stagnant water like the smell of a dirty well……. If I was coming in to eat there, I would’ve Immediately turned around and walked out and went and ate elsewhere. Not to mention, I understand the price of food and everything has gone up but the amount of food you get for the price of what they’re charging you is absolutely outrageous. The plates are definitely not worth $15 each for what you get…… And it’s definitely not the same quality as it used to be. This place has definitely gone downhill and you can tell from the sheer lack of customers when you walk in and see there’s only one or two tables Taken around dinner time.
