I made reservations which I received a email confirmation when I arrive there the person working up front rudely cut me off and stated “we do not have reservations” might you when I made reservations for my Niece which just Graduated from College this is where I wanted to take her to eat. So I drove 10hrs from SC and when I filled out my reservations I did fill out the special occasion with the description celebrating this event. No came to acknowledge it but we seen planting of birthday wishes from the host. Atmosphere was great food was great but the hospitality 👎🏽

My family and I were at the mall and I decided to get some takeout from P.F. Chang’s. Unfortunately, I prepaid for the food prior to picking it up and as soon as you walk in you get smacked in the face with Literally the smell of sewage……. It definitely wasn’t the smell of Chinese food in anyway it smelled like really bad, stagnant water like the smell of a dirty well……. If I was coming in to eat there, I would’ve Immediately turned around and walked out and went and ate elsewhere. Not to mention, I understand the price of food and everything has gone up but the amount of food you get for the price of what they’re charging you is absolutely outrageous. The plates are definitely not worth $15 each for what you get…… And it’s definitely not the same quality as it used to be. This place has definitely gone downhill and you can tell from the sheer lack of customers when you walk in and see there’s only one or two tables Taken around dinner time.

Ten years ago it was so clean and a great place. It is still ok but not at all what it was

Dined in tonight with my kiddo. Miranda was our waitress and she was lovely! She was very personable and made our dining experience great!

Very poor experience... waiter was disinterested and his attitude was like he is doing a favour by serving us inspite of the restaurant having only 3 tables occupied. No recommendations offered nor did he check whether the food is good or not. Dynamite shrimps were cut into tiny pieces, not sure why it was done also it was overdone with very little dynamite sauce. Asked for sushi and were told it is sold out as it is a very busy day!! Not even halfway through our meal and the waiter asked if we wanted desserts, told him to give us sometime. He never came back to ask again. He then went on to drop a few boxes on the table even though we did not want to take out the food as it was quite poor. It was a birthday dinner and nothing was done... so much for mentioning it at our reservation Overall an appealing experience at PF changs and rest assured will not be returning in a hurry to this location.

The food was really great, the drinks were tasty, but the service was really sloooow. I could've left 30m prior, but couldn't get the wait staff to get a box and bring the check. It was not that busy, we were seated right away, and opted to sit at the bar.

And the bar and menus were all sticky, that was kinda gross.

Not bad for a chain restaurant. I’d prefer healthier vegetarian options, but I realize this isn’t the right establishment to go to for that.

Vegetarian options: Decent but not for health-conscious vegetarians. Have to leave the sauce off and then the dishes are pretty flavorless

Good was okay, but definitely doesn't match the price at all. Their dumplings are the only reason I'm giving 3*

Kid-friendliness: They have kids menu

I’m at a loss for words. This Lo mein was over $15 dollars and there was literally LESS THAN A HANDFULL OF NOODLES. This is so crazy. I feel ripped off. I also just opened my chicken lettuce wraps, not only am I missing the sauce for it, LOOK AT THE LETTUCE THEY GAVE ME. For $90, this was not a good experience.

Worst service I have ever experienced!
Had a group of 30 people. Paid the bills then accused of not paying. Had all receipts! They for some reason cancelled one payment. Then came to us accusing us of not paying. Service was was rude and short from the beginning. Five families plus kids late afternoon not even during rush hours. Manger tried to apologize for issues but said he didn't care if he lost our business! We spent $1000 dollars in off premium hours to get poor service accused of not paying our bill and then told not appreciative of our business. NEVER COMING BACK.

Uber Eats was used to order & get delivery. The lettuce wraps were not edible. The sweet & sour chicken smelled completely foul (worse than human urine) & it ruined the whole meal. The spicy chicken with white rice was the ONLY edible portion of the meal. For 68.00 I’d never order from here again. Not sure what’s happening in their kitchen but definitely not worth the money or your health.

Overall, the experience was good. My only problem was that the waiters took too long to bring my order to my table, I am assuming that they were busier than expected, but they still should be expecting that since its the holiday season

We walked into the Eastview mall P.F. Chang’s in VICTOR, New York after Christmas shopping at the mall Thursday night. We arrived at 9 PM and it was obvious they didn’t want us there. It took 15 minutes for a waitress even to show up at our table. We ordered a bowl of wonton soup that came out at room temperature. I ordered chicken pad Thai that came out without chicken and with uncooked noodles. After pointing this out, the manager did take those off our bill so will give them that. Usually enjoy it there but my family will definitely think twice before returning:. First time I have written a negative review on a restaurant but we were really disappointed.
