We walked in tonight, March 25, 2024 and were greeted by a surly tall Vietnamese young woman. It was at least 80° with blowing hot air. There was one table of a few people and that was it. She sat us under the air duct and laughed at me when I asked her to please lower the heat. When we got up to leave - she did not do anything but she sniggered as we left. Do not go there if you want service and a comfortable experience. The food, however will probably remain great.

What a disgusting looking dining room! ? If you're not going to paint the walls, at the very least (soap and water), clean them!! My relative enjoyed her Pad Thai, and I enjoyed my fried rice dish except for what I came there for (Chinese sausage), and I only found 2 small shrimp on the plate. Other than that, it was flavorful. We ordered our meals and served hot food 6 minutes later, which was the fastest service ever!!P.S. Stop serving food on a chipped porcelain plate!Wheelchair accessibility: Nope

i loveeee this place, and on special occasions (when friends are in town) ill take them here and make the drive down from north buffalo. the spring rolls are so yummy, honestly everything is - but my go to is the bun bo hue (spicy beef lemongrass soup) or the hu tieu nam vang. the iced coffee is also super good (i like mine more bitter). i'm also pretty picky with pho broth and this in my opinion has the best in terms of flavor. quick and friendly service always, casual dining spot highly recommend!

The best banh mi in Buffalo, also some of the most authentic Pho as well as delicious bun Bo hue. Seating and food is always pretty quick and have never had a bad experience.
Pho Dollar left much to be desired. The broth lacked depth and tasted overly salty, overshadowing any subtle flavors. The meat portions were disappointingly sparse, and the noodles were overcooked, resulting in a mushy texture. The service was subpar, with staff appearing disinterested and inattentive. Additionally, the ambiance was lacking, creating an overall underwhelming dining experience. Overall, I would not recommend Pho Dollar for an authentic or satisfying pho experience. The service at Pho Dollar fell short of expectations. The staff seemed indifferent, making the dining experience less enjoyable. Requests were met with delays, and overall attentiveness was lacking. Improvement in customer service would significantly enhance the overall impression of the restaurant. Pho Dollar left much to be desired. Used to be very good but not much any more. The last time I had was spicy lemongrass chicken. I ask them to make it spicier but was refused. They said that it cannot do it because it may be too hot for other customer as they reused the cooking ware. What? they don't wash it and use it throughout the day? May be this is true for ever restaurant but don't review it to me. Anyway, the lemongrass chicken doesn't taste good. Too dry. I like the food at 99 Fast Food better but the service at 99 Fast Food is not that good.
