This was my first time going back to this place since the pandemic. There are some nice upgrades to the place. I ordered a piece of haddock that totalled $15.22. I was a little disappointed by the size of the fish compared to the sizes of other people who purchased the same fish. I don't think I would ever buy fish at this bar restaurant again.
I like getting takeout from them. It will take up to an hour sometimes depending if the are busy so order early the specials 2/$35 cash only. You are guaranteed a hot meal. I usually get haddock pan fried or fried perch dinner. You get a lot of food and don’t forget to get a extra side of yams.
food was good but i probably won’t be returning here due to the service. i went in to grab a pick up order and sat at the bar for a quick drink. the lady who gave me my pickup order was a delight! however the bartender was very unwelcoming and unpleasant. me and my boyfriend sat at the bar where we never received a greeting or even the slightest bit of acknowledgement. when my boyfriend finally managed to get the bartenders attention she looked at us as if we were inconveniencing...
