Beautiful views. Drinks from the bar took 30 minutes. The food was average, it looked like it was under the warmer to long, but was not hot. The cigarette smoke from the casino below wafted upward making the atmosphere less than pleasing. Everyone was friendly, except the female manager who made excuses about our drinks instead of just apologizing and offering even a free dessert.
Will not return.

I wish I could rate this higher but to be honest as a non smoker I couldn't get past the cigarette smell in the restaurant which I honestly believe may have impacted the taste of the food to me. Our server was amazing and she was very attentive. I had the scallops and risotto which was okay, for me the risotto was a bit undercooked. I also had the oysters which were amazing.

The restaurant was very nice and the staff was very attentive. The food was ok but all 7 of us each had one complaint. The food was cold. The risotto was not creamy as it should be because the cheese was already hardening because it was cold. Also way to much garlic.alittle disappointed because everything is ala carte. Was expecting way more as in quality of food for the price.
