Love Pho Saigon! The owners and staff are wonderful. The Pad Thai is amazing (usually get seafood but the others are great too!). The pho is delicious, too! So many great meals to choose from. Highly recommend!

This is probably the most authentic Vietnamese food in the area. The spring roll is very fresh, best in north town. Vermicelli is wonderful with good balance of vegetables and meat. My favorite dishes are V1, R2 and R3. Expect longer wait for the food because they make them fresh

10/10. Best. Pho. Ever. Unbeatable prices, and a nice cozy location! As a college kid attending UB, I was looking around for a high value Pho restaurant, and golly this is the one. I traditionally order one medium Pho and one of their fresh Veggie Rolls, costs me less than $11 dollars before tip. Be sure to ask for water (or your beverage of choice) when ordering the meal (sometimes it slips their minds). When looking for some DELICIOUS Pho, this restaurant is a must try. Treat. Yo. Self.

My top 3 pho place in wny. Sometimes their broth is salty but overall its great. I have been ordering from them for years and once or twice have gotten overly salted broth. If you're doing takeout, dont get a XL because its the same size as a LG. The prices are the most reasonable out of my favorites also so that usually puts them into my top spot to order from.

It was the worse food that I ever had. I ordered chicken and broccoli in garlic sauce. The chicken was tasteless like boiled. The sauce was like broth and watery. But the worse part was a long hair in it. My mom had a different dish that was also tasteless and also had a long hair in it. They need this place inspected by the health dept. Don't go there, you will probaby get sick.
I haven't been back for awhile and this visit was disappointing. The pho broth had no flavor - definitely not a beef bone broth simmered for hours as it should have been. Service was lacking - water was not offered for over 20 minutes, we had to ask for it. Not sure if the place had changed hands, hopefully this was just an anomaly. We were there on a Thursday evening at 7pm and we were the only customers there, not a good sign.

Oh wow. Not quite sure what to say about this place. First impression, atmosphere was weird. Not many other customers (clue #1) and the lack of any music made us feel very uncomfortable, which was not aided by the surly woman staring at us from behind the counter. I could have looked past all of this if the food was good, but alas, this review is still getting two stars.

While there are many other words I can use to describe Pho Saigon, I am only going to say that Pho Saigon is a very bad restaurant. The owner has no respect for their customer's time, we waited over 2 hours and only had 1 appetizer and it was under cooked. After patiently waited 2 hours and still no sign of our dish coming out, we confronted with the owner that we have to go and can't wait any longer but we will pay for the appetizer we barely ate. Instead of just letting us pay and leave, the owner called the police on us because he wanted us to pay for everything, even the food we didn't get. The police showed up and ended up siding with us that we only had to pay for the appetizer. The owner made a huge scene at the restaurant and made everyone uncomfortable with his shouting and rude comments. We never had a such a terrible experience at a restaurant before, we will never go back to this restaurant again. With an owner like that, I don't know how they manage to stay in business.

My 16 YO son wanted to try this place out because he wasn't satisfy with pho from Pho 54. Well he is happy as a clam and loved the flavor of the broth here. I haven't been here for at least 10 years and I was pleasantly surprised by the service and quality of the pho.
