Pizza is always good there but I prefer a traditional sized pizza from them versus a larger pizza cut into squares. The 8 slice pizza had more flavor and is better tasting in general. Their pizza is one of my favorites in the Buffalo area and doesn’t disappoint.

I was told by a friend to try the pizza at this location because it is “amazing.” I was surprised to say the least. Disappointed is an understatement. Safe to say I will not be returning.

This has happened multiple times and I have never left a review but this was the worst. Way under cooked had to bake it when I got home. Have asked for well done in the past but it was like it was baked on the sun. Make it like your going to eat it. Will probably try another location next time

Pizza was excellent... the service was ok, and the atmosphere was nonexistent! But the parking lot dining room was worth the one hour+ drive from Rochester I do recommend the pizza!

We spent $300 on our order. They forgot 50 wings and one of the party pizzas didn’t have the correct toppings. We were offered $10 credit for the mistake. I really couldn’t believe they wouldn’t want to make it right. At least a remake on the wings would have been sufficient.

What can be said about Picassos that hasn’t been said already. I love them so much. I called with a query I felt was almost impossible to solve. I sat head in hand pondering “do they have the rootbeer that barqs or the one that is Barqs?”. I picked up the phone and who else to come to my aid, but a man who could produce the most lovely of voices. Although his name escapes my mind like a rabbit in the meadow, my heart still feels the warmth and sensation brought to me through his words. “I’m pretty sure it’s the one — yeah it’s the one with the dog on them” and “were you the one who just said I love you” will ring throughout my mind like an angelic choir until the day my soul leaves this earth. Thank you so much Picasso’s . For you truly bring out the beauty in pizza.

This location has gone down hill this past year. I’ve been a customer for over 10 years and the food has never been worse. The pizza is always greasy, the fries are never cooked correctly and the wings are always burnt. I ordered a 20 piece wing and could only salvage the meat off of 5 flats. The rest were tough as nails.

We ordered from here last night. The wings were extremely undercooked and rubbery, the pizza was doughy. I’ll be filing a chargeback with my credit card company. Outrageous to change over $60 for food that’s not edible.

Burnt and floppy, how is that possible. Sauce was good.
Pepperoni slice was $5.80 for a small slice

regular customer and was given horrible attitude by a 20 year old guy with a half grown beard. figured i'd leave a review this time

Just read other reviews. Doughy crust indeed. Time to replace the ovens. I used to love this pizza. It's pretty bad now.
