The absolute worst customer service you can' recieve from a business! The wait times are ridiculous. They are black owned so you want to continue supporting them. I ordered food last sat. And some kid's answered the phone playing with one another, they could barely take my order and constantly placed me on hold because they were playing. I called this evening to place an order and the young man was taking my order was so rude and hung up on me as I paused for a moment to think about what I wanted. I called back and no one answered. My mom live near them and she wants fish so I've tried to go there but Black owned or not, I will never patronize or suggest this place to anyone!

Dark atmosphere staff unwelcome

A 30 minute wait will turn into ONE HOUR & FOURTY MINUTES! I ordered ONE fish and shrimp dinner, and I got unseasoned fried and fish. The shrimp was decent. There were several people comparing about the hour + wait. Pregnant woman at the counter does not communicate with waiting patrons and ignored everyone and I will never recommend this place or eat here again. If anything, I hope this saves y’all money and time.

Did ownership change because this isn't the same establishment that I frequented about a year ago? Food wasn't ready after an hr. Only 3 people before me and one person had been waiting over an hr. I prepaid on line and when I got the food, shrimp dinner, fries were cold, shrimp was hard....NEVER again and I mean never!! Very disappointing!

I'm not sure why this place is open. The fish and shrimp look like it set there all day, and the girl checking me out didn't seem to know what she was doing. There's no prices listed anywhere, so how do you know if you're being charged the correct price, and they need to have it more presentable.

If I could give them zero stars I would ‼️. I placed an order they told me 25 minutes I get there and they told me they have no food and did not have my number on the call log to call me back!! VERY unprofessional!!!!!! I am calling the better business bureau and I will NEVER patronize them again!
The owner going to reply like as if I'm dumb and don't know the difference between the two when I've ordered here numerous of times and I have receipts to prove it.. the fat black short boy knows what I'm talking about because he specifically said they are out of everything we ordered and he didn't have the number on the call log to let us know...keep it up I can show the call log!!! I'll just show it to the BBB
