I’ve just came back to this restaurant after it being some years and I remember it being much better but it was still ok.
If you want a pizza with bagged manufactured sausage with no taste that charges you double for it…this is your place. The pizza is below average. I would come for some of the drinks and leave for the pizza. Any other place in the city has to have better pizza. Don’t waste your money until they get better ingredients.
On Saturday March 8th around 4:30pm this Pizza Plant was super busy but super under staffed again we walked out because we could not get service before the Bandits game we came 2 hours in advance to beat the rush
30 other people walked out with us And this was the second time we walked out the 1st time we ordered Pizza Pods but they hadn't been cooked or served that was January at 6:15pm.
You need to hire staff that shows up your service Reputation has gone down.
Couldn't tell ya how the food is because they closed before 6:30.... Save yourself the walk and hit up Pearl Street or something if you want a pizza. What kinda pizza place closed at dinner time? 🤡
My family and I got to Pizza Plant around 515 to enjoy dinner before going to the Harlem Globetrotters. At 6:30 we left without eating as we had not gotten our food and event started at 7. We had ordered pizza and a hot dog. I understand understaffing however I would suggest if you do not have enough staff to provide good service and food in a timely manner you inform guests prior to seating them. Very disappointing experience.
The Server was very sweet but the food.. The gluten-free pizza was Horrible. I couldn’t even finish 1 slice, also Cost me $30! Was not worth it. I didnt want to make a fuss about it since I had my son with me,so I just sucked it up didn’t say anything. The normal pizza was fine just pizza nothing special.
We stood at the door for 10 minutes before asking a waitress if we were to seat ourselves. (They weren’t busy, it was 4:45pm on a weekday$ She was able to get the hostess to come up. The hostess didn’t greet us at all. She said zero words to us, threw the menus on the table and walked away. Awful. Our waitress was great, but I have a gluten allergy and got sick from the supposed “gluten free chicken fingers”. Would not go again.
On Sunday, we went as a family. I have two young kids, and the service and food were excellent! Amanda was attentive but not overbearing. Thanks for the great experience!
Ordered pizza that was too sweet and cheesy damn bad experience although the fries are great.
I got the tofu torch pod. It was okay but wayyy too many jalapeños. It was about 3/4 filled with them which is way too much for any person.
Restaurantji Recommends
Terrible service. 5 people working, we were the only people in there, and nobody comes to take our order, have to go up to bar to order because every server is on their phones. If it was my restaurant they would all be fired right there.

the pizza was really not great which sucks considering it’s a pizza place. the gluten free pizza crust was AWFUL. crumbly, dry, bitter, and smelled musty. thankfully they were willing to take the $30-ish pizza off our bill. the regular pizza was fine i guess but the crust was flavorless. i had the chicken parm stuffed pizza and it was pretty bad. chunks of soggy chicken and tons of bland dough. :/ my grandparents ordered pizza and were charged for every topping individually. seats were dirty and there was a constant squeaking noise. i’d recommend skipping this place if you’re in the area.

I give it 4-stars. It was convenient and close to my hotel. The food was average Americana pub food, and the drink was satisfying. The bartender and service I had were really good. They do seem to close pretty early , but I'd come back again.
