Went with some friends and had an okay time — the thing that completely ruined our first visit was one of the bartenders. She had a grown out blonde bob and was younger — she COMPLETELY ignored me and my friend; several men had to tell her, “they were here first” because she continued ignoring us to favor the male patrons (which is wild considering we spent well over $70 with pool, the arcade, and drinks — wouldn’t you want to prioritize the customers paying more and that are being patient despite the obvious poor customer service …).
The WORST, most embarrassing thing on her part - after ignoring me and my party for over 15 minutes, she tried to give our Black friend’s ID to another Black patron 😭😭 girl PLEASE!! AND we saw her disregard a gaggle of Black women to go to those men first, so it wasn’t just our friend!
This isn’t Pocketeers fault …. But it IS the representation that Pocketeers chose to hire as a face for their company. I cannot imagine being a customer of color and coming here without a Karen to back them up.
This was all such a letdown because the space was clean, well-lit, and had SO many pool tables — perfect for us to come back and practice! But what’s the point of coming back if we’re unsure if the employee we are paying to service us isn’t even open to helping us because she’s insecure of other good-looking people AND acting like a racist weirdo???

Bartenders scammed me and racked up my bill added extra play time closed my bill without asking. Added their own tips. Very sketchy. Becareful! They also charged my credit card $300 for no reason.

This place is the absolute Mecca for pinball lovers. The hot dogs were amazing, staff very nice and reasonable prices. I live in Niagara Falls, Ontario and there’s nothing like this around me so I have to come over the border to enjoy their massive pinball collection but it’s absolutely worth it. If you love pinball you’ll be in heaven here. My only wish is for a flat admission fee and have the machines on free play but I’m just so happy a place like this exists that I’ll just keep making change :) I love Pocketeers!

It was an organizations get together. We had 3 pool tables for our group. Drinks were included as well as snack foods. The pizza was amazing for a pool hall.
