This place has such a good potential for providing delicious food and coffee. The vibes were really nice and we loved how spacious it was. The food and coffee was subpar though. Got: 1. Avocado toast with barely any avocado on it, lacked flavor and there were black spots on it 2. Rosemary bagel with garden veggie cream cheese-the bagel itself was delicious but there was barely any cream cheese on it 3. Iced latte- barely any espresso and lots of milk
Overall very disappointed with our breakfast :(

I love their coffee. I wish they opened earlier so I could stop in before work. I visit the Seneca St location and everyone working there is nice. Carmel Mocha is my drink. Please bring back the Vlad.

Wow I had such a chill time here today! Tons of parking , a lot of seating. A mix of families with kids getting breakfast and groups of friends grabbing a bite. The music selection was relaxing too. Got a vanilla latte and a Cruller . Latte was good, really smooth and well made. They use good beans because it wasn’t harsh or burnt tasting at all.The Cruller was expectedly delicious and the texture was so surprising!
