Avoid breakfast burrito ($11) - eggs were liquid- or powder-based and filled w old herbs. Some egg mix maybe, disgusting really. Tim Horton’s, two mins away, does better at half the price.
Good location. Meat quality is just ok.

Food is always good, there's always music, there's usually a comfortable seat - it's not heaven on earth, but it's my go-to in this airport

God forbid you could actually talk to someone and place your order. Now everything is computerized and the service is downright rude

#1 - The staff is absolutely fantastic. Very nice and welcoming folks who were both kind and supportive in a somewhat stressful situation.
#2 - The margarita flatbread was not my typical expectation for a margarita flatbread, but it fit the bill for similar styles of flavor. Absolutely enjoyed the heck out of that.
#3 - Music choice was decently solid
Summary - The staff makes this place as great as it is, but the food and music are welcome additions.

I'd been up early to catch the Flix Bus from Niagara Falls, Canada which left me three hours before my plane boarded. That meant lunch was on the menu. Another website recommended Queen Kitchen so I decided to give it a go. A booth might have been more relaxing but I was drawn to the friendly atmosphere at the bar where Gretchen was mixing drinks and conversation with travelers awaiting their boarding call. A housemade burger with a local beer was my order and it did not disappoint. Neither did the friendly chatter.
