It's an airport cafeteria style restaurantHowever, we love this place. Every city we find it, it's where we eat. The food is amazing. People are always friendly..It helps in travel to have a spot like this to take a break or get on your way.

Quaint little restaurant that has a diner feel.We went here twice. Once for lunch and once for breakfast. They have a large menu including a vegan menu. I’d say they are probably more known for breakfast. The breakfast was good and everything seemed reasonably priced. I had the eggs Benedict which was pretty good. They use a very light hollandaise. The day we went for lunch I had poutine and French onion soup. The fries and gravy were delicious however they use shredded cheese and no cheese curds. The French onion soup was very bland. Only positive thing about it was the croutons were yummy.

Cashier is very rude, seems racist, doesn’t smile or speak a single word. Didn’t ask if I need the receipt or if I would be served at the table. When I asked he said that he will bring the food with a big frown on his face. Then he left me sat for more than 20 minutes until I went back asking for my food. Food seemed to be sat there for a while in a closed box, my Buffalo chicken and fries were cold, soggy and moist. Very unprofessional staff member. Shouldn’t be customer facing. I ate the fries as is only because I was hungry and needed to catch my flight. Worst restaurant I have tried. Soggy and disgusting.

Quick, friendly and oh my, I am addicted to the sweet potato fries. New prep for me, will have to start looking around at home for them! ( butter and cinnamon sugar for those curious )

Poor service. Racist guy at the counter. We ordered a margarita pizza and it was a tomato salad (even worse). Ordered to go and it was horribly put together stashed. Don't go here to waste your money on poor service and food.

It's an airport, so prices are what they are. But for the money portions were on the large side and Carla was spot on with the service. Thank you, much appreciated in today's world!

The staff that work here might be the friendliest I have ever encountered at an airport. I would go out of my way just to visit this place anytime I might be in the Buffalo airport. As others have stated, things are very clean and the staff go above and beyond to make sure things are perfect.

The worst experience in my whole life and in any restaurant in any country I've been to. The food is OK it took an hour to have a sandwich and the service is terrible. Never being treated with such rudness by any manager. The chain should select better its
